Very nice stay. The only problem is that they don’t have a laundry. But everything else is perfect, even a cool rooftop bar.

Lobby & reception well designed, location is great, walking distance to various local food spots, and old quarters. Service was very good, shoutout to Danial, whom was extremely helpful and went beyond to recommend attractions nearby. Amazing looking rooftop restaurant and bar.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations in every possible way. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally professional, patient, and attentive, always ready to help and making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Their service was not only efficient, but also warm and thoughtful, which made a real difference. The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was clearly taken care of with great attention to detail. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the level of service provided, the overall value for money was outstanding. What really stood out was how proactive and considerate the team was. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, whether it was helping with logistics, accommodating special requests, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect. This kind of genuine hospitality is not easy to find. Overall, this stay was relaxing, stress-free, and memorable. If you are looking for a hotel that combines excellent service, high-quality rooms, and great value, this is an outstanding choice. Hotel is good and located north outside Hanoi's Old Quarter. The hotel and staff services provided exceeded our expectations for a 4-star hotel. Hotel is like a classic European's style mixed with Vietnam's heritage. The hotel receiptions Ms. Alice, Ms. Sophie and Mr. Jason are super helpful, kind and friendly when attending to our needs and requests.
