It was my first time traveling alone, but the hotel staff spoke Japanese and were very kind, so I had a fun trip. The location of the hotel is a little far from the old town, but it's a Japanese town so there are restaurants and convenience stores, so it was very convenient. I arranged a tour of Ha Long Bay, but since the meeting point was in the old town, I had to go by myself, but when I told them that I was not good at English, they also arranged a taxi for me to go there and back. I was also given a phone number to call if I had any concerns. I was treated really kindly and it was the best trip to Hanoi.

Establishment in Ba Dinh is located away from the noisy area of the old quarter, but there are all varieties of restaurants around and even a small local market next door. Hotel and area very popular with Japanese people. The rooms are clean and the staff very welcoming. The traveler does not feel lost because the staff gives good advice and arranges tours around Hanoi. The service is excellent.

It was my first time traveling overseas and I was looking for a hotel for Japan, and I decided on this hotel because it had several staff members who could speak Japanese.
I used it for about a week, and there was a staff member who could speak Japanese at all times (there was only one Japanese male staff member), so I felt very safe using the service.
Is there a conveyor belt restaurant for Japanese people within a 5-minute walk? There are also cafes that sell food and tapioca drinks, such as , and a large shopping mall called Lotte Mart (the first floor sells a lot of women's products, and the ba*****t is a supermarket with a lot of souvenirs).
The night market, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and 108 Military Central Hospital (2,800 yen in Japanese yen), where you can get a cheap PCR test on your way home, are also within 30 minutes by motorcycle taxi.
This is a hotel that I can personally recommend to people going on business or on their first trip.
