The hotel service is very good it’s cleanliness is also good but the hotel looks a little bit old.The location is not that great it is far from restaurants but Wanda Mall is just 1min away.

酒店在哈比較偏，不過周邊很方便，緊鄰萬達，周邊各種餐飲店很多！房間很明亮！早餐品種一般，湯麪檔沒有青菜，衹有豆芽和白蘿蔔，沙拉青菜衹有苦苣，感覺早餐和喜來登很不相符，與入住其他城市喜來登相差太多。

定的是親子房，很滿意：一張2米大床和一張單人床可以按照要求並在一起，非常方便帶分床後的小娃；同時提供床圍欄；房間佈局非常可愛，還有個小小的籃球架，寶寶玩籃球🏀很開心；房間面積夠大；衞生間配備了小浴缸🛁，小寶寶洗澡方便，馬桶🚽配備小兒坐便器，洗臉池也是寶寶可以夠的着的高度，還有寶寶洗浴用品，很貼心。不足之處是淋浴🚿的水有點兒小，不過也夠用，竟然發現沒有身體護膚液，在東北這麼乾燥的地方有點兒出乎我的意料。

房間很不錯，入住有哈爾濱特產柿子和一種麪包做的軟飲料，很好喝我還去超市多買了幾瓶。衣帽間夠大，衞生間也很乾凈。
最讚的是客房服務，有求必應。前台也很貼心，小朋友生日有贈送小蛋糕。
早餐每天會有點變化，如果酸菜再酸一些就更好了。
酒店就在萬達邊上，吃飯非常方便。實際上雖然遠離市中心但出行打車很方便。我們這次哈爾濱之行比較滿意的就是酒店選擇了。

入住最差勁的五星喜來登，半夜12點半叫的外賣，沒有機器人送，也沒有服務員送，零下20幾度叫人自己下去大唐取，住三天被褥不更換，也是喜來登一絕
