不错 not too far from railway station , surrounding a bit uncivilized but I like the market nearbybed linen and toilet are clean just the carpet looks not too clean but room is very big and overall is very good

Location very strategic located near Harbin Railway Station & Airport Bus Station and various local restaurants. Front counter staff very bad attitude especially the guy who's working this morning Jan 3rd 2024. Didn't refund our deposit knowing that we are foreigners checking out & flying home today. Room amenities look newly renovated but in actual fact acting as covering for mouldy ceiling & walls especially in the bathroom & shower area.

Good service and location. The manager is very nice. The morning marget near hotel is very amazing. If we have a chance we will come back again.

the front desk girl is really helpful. we asked a lot of questions and she try her best to find out the answer for us. i only stay one night. the second day the front desk girl is not helpful at all. i guess it depends on your luck

The hotel is located very close to Harbin station, which is convenient, and not too far from the attractions. Though the location is right by an underpass and is noisy with traffic. The staff are nice enough, they don't speak much English. The hotel itself smells terrible, the front lobby is fine, but once you get to the guess floors the stench is strong and it's deeply steeped into the carpet as well. Walking around in socks results in the smell seeping into your socks and shoes too.

I really like the facilities and a**osphere of this hotel. The food in the restaurant is delicious, especially the garden is very photogenic.

The room is clean, close to the train station, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. This hotel is worth recommending.

I talked to the front desk lady and changed to a king-size bed room. When I entered the room, I found it was better than expected. It might be because I saw too many bad reviews from others. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, but the sink is too low. The decoration style of the lobby is also good, you can sit for a while. The hotel is next to this elevated road bridge and is very close to the South Square of Harbin Station. I walked there for 10 minutes and rode a bicycle to Central Avenue for 15 minutes. The normal configuration of a convenient hotel, I was satisfied with this stay overall.

The staff are enthusiastic and have good service attitude. However, the room facilities are old, the wallpaper is partially peeled off, the TV is old, and there is a smell of oil smoke. Maybe it is because the heating has taken out the smell of the indoor furniture. The bath water is hot and cold, but Simmons and wash towels are okay. The evaluation must be realistic and the photos must be objective. I was attracted by the photos and the small garden behind the hotel, but I was actually quite disappointed.
