有歷史感的酒店，前台服務熱情，因為行程中午提前到了酒店，小侯幫忙協調及時安排入住。交通出行便捷，周邊商場購物吃飯方便，酒店的西餐廳套餐實惠，就餐期間有俄羅斯歌舞表演，氛圍感不錯。

哈爾濱國際飯店環境優雅，房間寬敞明亮，樓下紅博廣場，松雷國際，遠大購物中心，交通便利，出行方便。酒店的服務非常周到，特別感謝前台大堂副理小徐，由於出門帶孩子來的，諮詢後幫我們免費升級了房間，出門在外讓我們感受到了家人的温暖。

選擇這個酒店主要是因為懷舊。酒店大堂具有很好的懷舊符號，走廊張貼的過往名人的入住記錄令人充滿遐想，中空式的餐廳有很好時代符號，房間不大，設施老式而充滿懷舊情調，床鋪很小很高，但很舒服，有舊式的酒店風格，本來入住一天，因為喜歡多住一晚。
不足的的是很多房間無窗，所謂畫廊窗是隔空的內牆。但價格也是可以接受的。
續住因為價格變動出了一點分歧，大堂經理及時處理，令我感到滿意。特此謝謝。
一定要提出批評的是早餐，太平庸甚至很差，品種和味道甚至不如一般的連鎖酒店，沒有任何特色，而且居然沒有茶水，牛奶和豆漿居然都放了很重的糖，沒有給顧客選擇無糖的機會。價格又高，完全與酒店懷舊風格格格不入。建議入住者不要含早餐。

房間特別好，古典風格，典雅高貴氣派，特別適合商務、情侶出行。前一天訂的房間沒有窗户，第二天早上到酒店後丹丹經理把客房進行了免費升級😊因為第二天凌晨趕飛機來不及吃早餐，丹丹經理把第二天的早餐改到了入住當天就餐👍，丹丹經理處理問題靈活又貼心，為她貼心的服務點贊👍👍👍

環境特別美，遇上點小插曲，前台經理都完美解決了，特別表揚丹丹經理，主動熱情和耐心，還有這個辦事非常認真有禮貌的小夥（偷摸拍了個照），下面附個美照，（酒店不讓用相機拍照可挺糟心，這麼美的地方，就應該分享給朋友才會被更多人瞭解）
總體還是很滿意的，隔音稍差，畢竟老房子這都能理解，早餐emmm大可不必，前來的朋友要做好心理預期，畢竟古老的美麗和舒適的居住環境，是魚和熊掌不可兼得的，總得體驗一下吧

總結：性價比高，可以當成歷史建築去入住和參觀，鑒於淡季低價和酒店歷史，不會追求完美，整體4顆星，推薦🌟🌟🌟🌟
服務：很滿意，從前台，客房，禮賓的服務都看得出酒店是注重服務質量的，半夜幫忙處理了問題，提供了客情補償，不過沒去吃早餐，無法對餐廳做評價
設施：有年頭啦，看得出多年前這家酒店的檔次還是很高很先進的，有浴缸，衞生間有電話，伸縮鏡子，浴袍等，但設施整體很有年代感，比如浴室缺花灑，對比現代酒店還是差點
衞生：阿姨很熱情，需要什麼東西很快就給到了，住了兩天，期間有打掃衞生，但是美瞳盒子好像不小心被扔掉了嗚嗚嗚
