老闆和老闆娘人超好，很健談很親切，房間很乾凈，衞生很好，在住期間有任何問題都可以找他們解決，我們每天出門前都會找老闆娘推薦好吃的，然後問出行路線。⌯︎¤̴̶̷̀ω¤̴̶̷́）✧︎酒店的交通位置也很好，沒走兩步，就是中央大街和索菲亞教堂。

爾濱，你真的讓人傷心。很久沒住過這樣又小又貴很不咋地的房間了，住宿漲價太誇張了，這個房間三百多真的失望。多加的一張單人床明顯是臨時加的，簡直是摺疊床上面壘了張床墊。
房間的一面還是個這種能反光的東西，有創意，晚上睜眼能看到我躺在我旁邊。
不過這個地理位置還是很好的，主要近索菲亞，直走就到了。

房間太小，除了床，幾乎沒有地方了，洗澡一個人洗一半就沒有熱水了，想洗澡準備感冒葯！就是一個迷你的小旅社，跟賓館搭不上邊。房間太冷，就一個温和的暖氣片，空調不給用。不值那個價格，不推薦住，老闆人還可以，比較温和，房間真的差。

差評，交按金一百被扣了60，超出時間你也沒喊啊，房間浴巾毛巾都沒給我，洗完澡出來冷的要死，環境也差，空間又小，而且給我的房也不是我定的圓房，給的一個大床房，隔音又差

喜歡💕，暖氣超級足，每天還幫我門打掃了房間，尤其是老闆娘和老闆很熱情，地理位置很有優勢，交通便利，旁邊就是索菲亞大教堂，下次🈶機會再來。

我建議預算有限的寶子選擇公寓「100圓子」因為公寓是會長租的，所以裡邊的設備都要比較好，比如有廚房，有沙發，有餐桌，暖氣片也會有很多個，沙發後面有，床頭有，衞生間有。但是這種主題酒店都是隔斷的，隔音效果差到走廊上腳步聲，隔壁説話聲都能聽得清清楚楚。裡邊空間就是一張床，行李多了都沒地方放。一次性拖鞋，吹風浴巾都是開口要來的。衞生間沒有暖氣，也沒有浴霸，外邊零下三十多度在裡邊洗澡凍得不行。因為不是乾濕分離，防水又太低，衞生間洗澡的水都往屋裡流，床邊都是的。入住之後真的要多後悔有多後悔，衹堅持了一晚。
