在哈爾濱七八天 住了四家酒店 價格差不多 這家是體驗感最一般的 除了下樓就是中央大街這個景點外 酒店服務人員態度真的很一般 房間電話壞了，電視上的前台電話打不通。相當於沒任何服務。酒店設施有機器人送外賣 可是外賣來了前台不會協助送，還是要自己下去桌上拿。住了兩晚 第一晚洗澡熱水還不熱！

除了價格貴點，渾身都是優點！有點住長隆酒店的感覺！配套設施很齊全，訂的套票，有包括早餐，晚餐，温泉，滑雪，還有專車接送的滑雪樂園！酒店乾淨整潔無異味，推開窗看到的景色無敵，套房空間大，配套好！住了兩天再去住其他五星級的酒店，都有點落差

酒店離中亞大街非常近，房間非常小，但勝在設施齊全，性價比卻一般，酒店更是無服務可言，一開始以為是不是北方人就比較隨意，後面換了一家店住兩天才知道啊並不是這樣，關鍵兩個店時間的距離相差不到百米，服務態度差這麼多，原來評論裏的0105的評論是這麼來的呀，實在抱歉這五星沒法給哦，0105是誰我都不知道呢

位置，房間舒適度，還有衞生都還不錯，就是這個前台服務一言難盡。兩波四個人，沒有一個態度是讓人舒服的。給我一張沒寫房號的卡，退房的時候還跟我要，衞生紙衹要沒用完就不給換新的，我要捲紙，那個不耐煩的勁兒。

所謂的特價大床房太差了，沒窗户也就算了，但是特別小特別逼仄，空調是統一的沒法調整，房間裏很悶，有裝修材料異味。床頭燈也壞了，一閃一閃的。隔音效果也不好，隔壁在外面喊都能聽見。
