房間很大，智能的，住着很舒服。前台服務也很好，房間價格公道。
環境：離西站近，走着也就十分鐘，出差坐車也方便。

服務：前台很熱情，為了趕車凌晨一點到，並且要洗衣服。客服很熱情的延了一小時退房還給了洗衣粉。
環境：離西站很近，趕車很方便
設施：有洗衣機小冰箱，廁所乾濕分離水温也高。馬桶提供一次性馬桶套，好評。
衞生：總體不錯

環境：地理位置離哈西站很近 ，步行就可以到，離地鐵也很近。
設施：配備的熱水器讓我不能接受，家庭房四人住，衹能夠一個人洗澡，兩個男生洗了連20min都不到，就沒有熱水了，加熱速度也極慢，1min加熱1度，店家解釋説這邊都是配備的家庭熱水器，夠一個人正常洗澡，讓我看看第二天早上再洗…在哈爾濱冬天零下二三十度這種情況，非常不合理，出去遊玩回來連個熱水澡都洗不上，作為在哈爾濱生活過好幾年的我來説，着實不能理解。熱水器連接的排水管在馬桶上邊，衹要用熱水就會一直滴答水，衞生間經常是濕的…有寶寶的家庭慎選。

設施：新開的公寓式酒店，屋裡都是智能家居控制
衞生：衞生方面做的很好，各方面都很乾凈。
環境：是個新樓盤應該剛交房不久，基本都是公寓的這種。周邊配套可能還不太完善，但是入住的樓層裏有個超市還挺方便的
服務：辦理入住很方便，加微信給發個房間密碼就可以了。

設施：這個價位裏挺好，智能化的設施都有，但不好用。電熱水器，熱水不充足。
衞生：差，走廊、房間都有很大的裝修味道，進屋時窗户就是開着的，枱面上有浮灰，地面一層灰，可想而知床品上得有多臟。浴缸裏有飛蟲，可是浴缸沒有噴頭，我想清潔一下都做不到，保潔平時都是怎麼清潔浴缸的呢？拿盆接水擦？沙發很大一攤污漬，沒敢坐。
環境：離西站很近，窗外景色很好。天一亮走廊就有裝修的了很吵。商住兩用的公寓樓
服務：沒主動需要啥服務，沒體會到。
