We will be staying here anytime we travel to Knoxville. It is close to everything downtown. Easy to get in and out of, all together very pleased with our stay

The hotel was very close to the convention center which was very helpful due to the snow everywhere. I felt like the parking was exorbitant given that on Sunday’s parking in the city is free so $30 for parking and $35 for the valet per night is more than should be charged. Only complaint with the room was that the fridge didn’t cool and we have brought some drinks and yogurt for the tournament

I typically book the Hilton when I travel, and this was definitely my worst experience with one the description in their app state that the convention center is directly accessible at night time as well, but this hotel was for this reason but instead, I was mislead. The convention center is actually two blocks away or a $200 price tag night do you think you wouldn’t have to pay $35 for valet parking? The website also states different prices then what was told to me at the desk and actually what is on their sign when you pull into the hotel. The hotel is very outdated from carpet to lighting lighting to showers. The AC was also outdated and did not work. They also close the restaurant early and made our group leave. Not happy with this experience at all.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with courteous staff. However, as we were given a room adjacent to the elevators it was noisy. The elevator shook the walls and it sounded like a train. Not to mention noisy people late into the night. I didn’t sleep much. I would stay here again for the convenience of the area, but will make sure to request a room on the opposite end from the elevator.

Booked a room downtown for new years so we could be safe and not have to drive anywhere after. Admittedly we were a little loud when we first got to the room around 1245, but at this time there were lots of people coming in and out because it was new years. After the first initial warning, mind you we were on the top floor and in the biggest room they had available, they continued to harass us even though we had apologized and were very conscious of our voices, and the music was never louder than the tv would have been. At one point, as I was coming back to the room from downstairs, I caught the security guard standing outside of our door, just listening (around 130 am). As I approached, I made sure to point out to him that he could not hear anything through the door, and when I went inside, it was still a respectable volume. He still continued to threaten us that we would be kicked out if we got another complaint. I spent over 200 for this room for one night, so my friends and I could have a fun and safe new year and have never been treated so poorly at a hotel. Also, we tidied up the room before we left to make it easier on the staff, made sure trash was in the trash can, and I still have and extra 60 dollar charge for whatever reason.

This is not the newest nicest hotel downtown - the hotel rooms have those loud blowing AC and heat units - like a giant fan. There is no real way to set or regulate the temperature in the room because of how outdated they are. You would have to adjust them all day all night, and they are loud.
