As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.

The hotel was really amazing great location, easy parking, amazing service, I booked it for my family and we needed a room with 2 large beds, they had a 2 king bed suite which was both a great value as well as a perfect fit for our needs, the room was clearly a regular suite with the living room having had the sofa moved to the side and placing a large king bed, the sofas were somewhat scattered around the room, but for what we needed and the price we paid it was all perfect for us The only complaint I could make was that I found the carpets to be a little dirty in the rooms, hopefully that is something that will be remedied in the future because other than the floor every part of the hotel was amazing, the staff for the restaurant were good, concierge incredibly helpful even though there was a minor language barrier

The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

Wow! I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. I wish we had been staying longer than our planned two days. Located right next to a subway line, it is in a beautiful part of the city. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything one would need for a stay. It included an iron, fridge, robes, and more. The shower had great water pressure and amenities. I needed a sewing kit and the staff provided it within minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel has an amazing spread and a wide range of foods, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

There are many types of breakfast but the taste is very general. The aunt who received the ticket and cleaned the attitude was very poor. I went to the room number and said that we did not include meals. Why did we say that there was a room without meals? How did we draw the room where the guests who were still asking the meal were. The family went to the front desk to get the meal coupon, but we set two nights with meals. I didn't go to eat on the first day and didn't remember it. The next day I found that the front desk did not take the initiative to give the meal coupon. And there is a room upgrade service that has not been enjoyed, the price is inflated. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, the wind was strong, the rope for drying clothes in the bathroom was bad, and there was no place to dry the clothes after washing. The hot water is still the kind of big boiler. It takes a while to continue after writing. It is more unexpected. Went there to spend some additional quarantine before I was allowed to visit some business partners. Got a mostly quite room which was clean due to everyday cleaning. The room was spacy and the toilet modern. The room had a mini fridge which was very convenient. Also got some free water every day. Large shower. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. It's near some shopping centers and restaurants so you don't have to walk long distances. Some of the staff can even speak a good English and they help you with a lot of things. You can wash your clothes for free. The internet is fast and mostly stable. The only thing that bothered a bit was the strong smell of smoke from cigarettes of other residents although smoking is forbidden. But I guess the hotel can't do much against rude behaviour. Will go there again 👍
