Hotel is located in a central spot of Hefei downtown, close to everything. The hotel room itself is reasonably clean, however moulds can be seen in corners and edges in the bathroom as the room is a bit dated. There was some loud noise from the young couple staying next door or the level above at midnight, we had to call the reception to remind them to be mindful of other customers staying in the hotel.

這次入住體驗真的拉滿了！個人常年出差，住過多地多家酒店，舍家服務，衞生，佈置真的不像這個價位的房間，尤其是前台一個姓萬的小姐姐服務十分熱情並且有温度，入住非常舒適和放鬆。和圖片一樣的房間格局，風格很好 設計也很精美，酒店剛升級裝修好 德式的設計風格很有特色，酒店位置好，樓下就是繁華地段，吃飯停車也很方便。還有免費的mini bar和精釀啤酒，掛耳咖啡也很不錯，而且服務很到位。第二天早餐也是很有德國風味特色，種類很多，味道也很不錯，總得來説這是一次很棒的入住體驗，下次來還會還會選擇這家酒店。

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

The hotel booked in a hurry, although it is an old hotel, has one thing to say, the service and sanitation and other facilities are really reassuring. The old brand is excellent. There are too many places to take care of when a three-year-old baby is out. My sister gave a free upgrade to the executive floor. Thank you so much. The room is big and the bed is big and comfortable. The kid loves the big bathtub and forgot to take photos... The kid happily yelled to swim while taking a bath. Hahaha and the cute little duck is too good for the kid Appetite, the bay window is also great. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock. The dining area on the first floor is not very big but the variety is enough. Drinks more variety would be better

The hotel is in a great location, just in it side has got a really busy commercial street and mall. Carpet wasn't very clean, has not hair dryer, and breakfast buffet is not very good compared to other hotels. On a Saturday it wasn't very busy because the price may be expensive for chinese people. I went there because allows foreigners. The hotel is not premium and even though there is nothing wrong I was expecting something a bit better. A busy road is just in front and may be noise for some people. However I would still go back to this hotel if I am back in Hefei.
