As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.

The location is quite convenient, not far from Vientiane City to Yintai to Swan Lake. The hotel provides parking coupons for underground parking. The room type is relatively comfortable. There are many types of breakfast but the taste is very general. The aunt who received the ticket and cleaned the attitude was very poor. I went to the room number and said that we did not include meals. Why did we say that there was a room without meals? How did we draw the room where the guests who were still asking the meal were. The family went to the front desk to get the meal coupon, but we set two nights with meals. I didn't go to eat on the first day and didn't remember it. The next day I found that the front desk did not take the initiative to give the meal coupon. And there is a room upgrade service that has not been enjoyed, the price is inflated. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, the wind was strong, the rope for drying clothes in the bathroom was bad, and there was no place to dry the clothes after washing. The hot water is still the kind of big boiler. It takes a while to continue after writing. It is more unexpected. Hey, this price this time this service, I can say that it is generally the same, after all, the upgraded room type and meal coupons, the previous check-in was taken by the front desk to take the initiative to handle it 🙂

Beautiful room with a nice deep bathtub in the bathroom. Staff were friendly. I would have liked to have seen a bit more variety in the breakfast buffet such as french toast or better waffles and pancakes. I'd certainly return.

The little brother on duty is very good, the room is quite big, the original big bed room is temporarily with the children to travel together and want to change to a twin room. This is a pretty typical Holiday Inn Express, but it is 30 minute wak to the nearest metro station, and about 10 minutes to the closest mall. However, if you will using the Sports Center, then this hotel is in a good location. The laundry room has three washing machines and one dryer. The breakfast selection is fine, and the dining room is large and feels more like a big coffee house. All the staff werr polite and helpful, as expected.
