衞生很差，跟價格不成正比，水很冷，都不敢洗澡，洗兩下受不了就出來了。地暖也不夠暖，反正特別難受，一路從北疆走來，這家的大床房對不起這個價格。

前台服務好，提前溝通過，有長者需要安靜，前台貼心的找了安靜的樓層還升級了房型。酒店也位置不錯，出行、吃飯也方便，十分棒的酒店，體驗感很好。

前台什麼權限都沒有，剛定了十分鐘都不能退，經理還不在，也不管客人，兩個人點了4份早餐，兩個大床房，退兩份早餐都不行。什麼權限都沒有，早餐兩份將近50塊錢。三個菜加饅頭。無力説話，以後來這種陌生的城市，還是別看網上説的了。衞生也一般般。
