賓館距離火車站走路也就十分鐘的時間，樓下很多賣衣服的，很熱鬧。賓館房間很大，設備略有陳舊，四層有足浴的，三層有飯店，整體來説還是不錯的。

離火車站很近，交通也很方便。前台服務熱情，房間衞生打掃的比較乾淨，美中不足在於賓館年代久，設施略顯陳舊。

優點：交通便利，火車站步行即到；前台服務熱情；設施齊全，還有一次性毛巾和浴巾。
缺點：地毯和軟包老舊，看起來不乾淨；走廊好大的洗浴用品味道，房間有不通風的異味；中央空調不開，開窗通風晚上全是蚊子。
