Some tips: 1. The toilet pad is not smart, and it is a bit ice pp in winter; 2. The bathroom lacks a shelf or hanger for clean clothes; 3. The hotel butler can arrange a self-service drink snack bar. The whole is still good, the boss's dog is very cute, I hope the boss will do better, come on!"

A whole crowd of people were squeezed in front of the reception desk trying to check in, while the staff kept pushing sales pitches on the people ahead, completely ignoring everyone waiting behind. At 6 PM, I was told my room wasn't ready because the previous guest had just checked out. Seriously? Do they give everyone late check-out until that hour? The excuse for the wait was that they needed to check the room's status, but then I found the bathroom floor full of water. Is that the result of their 'inspection'? Vienna Hotel is supposed to be a decent chain, but is this the kind of service I should expect for nearly 600 RMB...?"
