Convenient transportation, good living environment, the hotel has been renovated soon, it is considered newly opened, the room has no odor, the sheets are clean, the quality of the bedding and pillows are good, the sleeping is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the front desk service attitude is good.

2023年3月31日在這個酒店洗澡後在衞生間摔傷頭部，酒店當時知曉情況，我在酒店住了兩天沒有任何人過來問詢我的情況，2號下午離店返回江西去醫院醫生建議我做個CT檢查，這個衡陽鉑雅輕奢酒店連200多的檢查費都不肯給我出，酒店現在在推御責任説我當時沒有提出。而且離店當時還強迫我給好評，我是攜程的金卡會員可以免費升級房型，他們入住時要求我給了好評才能升級房型，由於我離店時由於着急出門前台還搶我手機在攜程上自己給自己好評被我搶回後還威脅我不給好評就要我補差價。態度差，請謹慎入住！

踩雷了，出門在外對酒店的要求不高，乾淨衞生是最起碼的，但是這家酒店，誒！衞生差到不想拍照的程度……地上很臟，洗漱台很臟，拖鞋很臟，不會再選擇這家酒店入住了
