After making a reservation due to the wrong dates, they refuse to refund all or part of the amount, even if the reservation is within 4 months and it does not cause any problem in the booking. The error was reported within 24 hours. of the reservation and the Hotel's response, "we will not refund the money" there was a mistake in the reservation. Incredible lack of tact with the client and understanding. They should definitely avoid staying in hotels that engage in pirate behavior. Without a doubt the management should change the reservation and return policy.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVERY HAD! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Most unfriendly people I have ever been in contact with! She yells and screams on the telephone and illegally books money from your credit card. Absolutely do not recommend coming here!!

Highly recommended to avoid this place. Owner is verbally aggressive and has never heard of customer service. Be careful with your credit card because they will charge it for all kind of stuff you never authorized.

Don't go to this hotel! We were travelling for business with one colleague. During the afternoon before the night when we were supposed to stay in this hotel, the tenant called her asking us for a Covid test. We answered we had a covid vaccination certificate but she said it was not enough. Very surprising as it is not compulsory in any hotel or public place in Danemark. We reached the hotel after a long drive at 10PM, and of course the local covid center was closed. The tenant welcomed us very aggressivly and told us that we could not stay in her hotel ! It was night, minus 5°c outside and snowing heavily. We tried to explain that we had covid vaccination certificate and were not able to had the test, that it was not obligatory in any place in Danemark, but she answered very rudely, called the security man and they literally threw us out of the hotel ! I a travelling for 20 years and never in my life was I treated like this. It is a real shame and the danish people to whom I told the story after this strange situation could not believe their ears. Frankly speaking: they are many good hotels in Herning, don't go to this one and find another one !
