是自助式入住，環境很不錯，有熱水器，洗衣機，空調，很方便的，床睡的很舒服，洗漱用品和毛巾都是一次性的，缺少什麼和美女老闆説一下，很快就能拿到，非常nice👍👍👍美女老闆人超好的，下次來賀州，還會選擇這裏，謝謝

圖片和實際入住不符，房間濕氣很重！在房間能聞到一股濕濕的黴味！老闆人還是可以，但是房間確實不怎麼樣！如果對住宿沒有太大要求的可以入住，如果比較在意的不建議入住！

自助一樣的，沒有前台，都是網上聯繫老闆進行:入住辦理交按金和退房這些過程，老闆挺好説話的，衞生條件也蠻好，總的來説物質條件挺可以，但，，，，不好的地方是，，，，給人制造的精神環境不行，我幾乎一晚上都睡不着，因為很吵，其他入住的客人有幾乎通宵玩遊戲的，從晚上十二點到四點多跑來跑去，大聲喧嘩，出去説了也不聽，關鍵老闆不在也沒前台，沒有人管理，睡不着睡不着，第二天六點多又起床去考試，挺那啥的，但總體來説，這麼便宜的才59塊一晚上衞生條件也蠻可以，吵也是沒辦法了。

服務很好，有要求都能儘快解決。但是就位置而言，公寓是在生活區，會有點吵鬧，如果是要安靜的話，不太推薦。

還不錯，當時是為了從賀州中轉，便宜實惠，衞生也不錯，就是找的時候繞的巷子有點多。老闆很貼心，服務很好，以後要是還有需要的話，也可以再見。五一返校後一直沒有注意評價邀請，現在補一下。😂

房東姐姐給人很親切的感覺，房間佈置得很好，特別有品位，房間的設施也很齊全，床單那些都是清洗消毒過的，讓人住着非常的舒心，有家的感覺，重點是性價比真的很高，值得好評奉上，大力推薦，最後祝房東姐姐生意興隆！
