"Hotel is wonderfully located in the middle of the forest on Gu Po Mountatin. You are not able to get there by private car but the management will pick you up from the bottom of the national park or there are shuttle buses. Hotel is very well run and staff are all wornderful, location is amazing and the scenery is wonderful. Very large clean rooms, well styled and have everythign you need. Local food choises are also very nice. Overall a lovely place to go to unwind !!"

"Let’s talk about the shortcomings first, the service is terrible. 1. Because I checked in late, I called specifically that morning to confirm the room. One room for two nights and they said it was no problem. When I arrived at the store, it was said that there were two rooms for one night. I said that I had confirmed it in the morning, and the answer was that the shift was not handed over in the morning, so I didn't know. After all the fuss, I took the room card and asked for the direction of the elevator myself without giving any directions. 2. We went to the laundry room that night and promised to dry it at 10:30. When we carried it until 10:30 to pick up the clothes, no one cared about it and did not dry it. They said that there was no label on it. In fact, the label was on it well, but it was forgotten. . 3. I need to issue an invoice, but I have to go down and scan their QR code to open it after becoming a member. I said that every time I fill in the information on Ctrip, it can be opened. But I said that I have never done it before and I can’t do it. I said that I don’t want to be a member, so I just go to Ctrip. I made an appointment to check it out the next morning, but when I went to the front desk the next morning, they didn't know anything about it. They took a new photo of my invoice information, and I guess the shift had changed again. Anyway, the software service is so poor, there is no basic training at all. The hardware advantages are good, including environment, transportation, parking, sanitation, facilities, etc."

"This was my second stay, and because it's close to the Shantou-Kunming Expressway exit, it was a good choice for a stopover. However, this time the experience was truly disappointing. The cleanliness was appalling; the toilet was covered in stains, there was ash and cigarette butts on the bedside table, sewage stains on the desk, large stains on the chairs, and the pillows smelled bad. I had to call three times to get slippers, and they even forgot what I asked for. They also took two extra towels even though I didn't ask for any. The restaurant floor was sticky. The only redeeming quality was the chef's skill; the breakfast was quite good. Overall, I felt the hotel management was terrible, completely disregarding the facilities. For a room costing almost 800 yuan, with this level of cleanliness and service, I will never stay here again."

It's very ok, the ambient air is good, the negative oxygen ions are very good, and there is also free fruit. It is very convenient to go to the Gupo Mountain Scenic Area in the B&B. It only takes 10 minutes by car. The food at the nearby farmhouse recommended by the B&B is very delicious. It is a very good trip."

"The room was quite clean, and the butler's service was excellent. Seeing that we had a child, they upgraded us to a family room free of charge. Breakfast was delivered at 8 am, pre-packaged, and included soy milk, eggs, steamed buns, and rice noodle rolls – enough for three people with leftovers. The location is very close to Gupo Mountain, and there are restaurants nearby. I wouldn't recommend Xianbaiwei Farmhouse, but I recommend the 60-year-old traditional wild vegetable restaurant. It's close to the Gupo Mountain Banshan Hot Spring Resort, just a few minutes' walk away, and there are charging stations nearby."

Such a thoughtful touch! 💗 The first floor offers summer refreshments, ice cream, coffee, and a book bar, while the second floor has breakfast and a gym. My trip to Hezhou was truly comfortable and enjoyable thanks to this hotel!"
