After all the fuss, I took the room card and asked for the direction of the elevator myself without giving any directions. 2. We went to the laundry room that night and promised to dry it at 10:30. When we carried it until 10:30 to pick up the clothes, no one cared about it and did not dry it. They said that there was no label on it. In fact, the label was on it well, but it was forgotten. . 3. I need to issue an invoice, but I have to go down and scan their QR code to open it after becoming a member. I said that every time I fill in the information on Ctrip, it can be opened. "The booking description mentioned a private hot spring bath, but it turned out to be a bathtub used as a soaking pool. There was no temperature display, and no seating area for the hot spring pool; there was only one handrail on one side, making it extremely slippery. The outdoor pool required going uphill, and it was a very small pool, practically just for show. There were no staff members. Despite claiming to be a four-star hotel, there were very few staff members; only one receptionist was busy running around. The room didn't even have a refrigerator, and the washbasin and bar were placed together. It was a complete waste of the hotel's beautiful exterior."
