The bathroom had plenty of hot water, all amenities were well-stocked, and the lighting was just right. Many small details made me feel incredibly warm and cared for. The attentive and thoughtful service, everywhere you looked, showed the hotel's commitment to quality. After a tiring journey, returning to the room instantly melted away the fatigue. Parking was convenient, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. It was a truly comfortable stay, and I've already recommended it to all my friends. "San Jie Hot Spring Hotel is located inside the Guposhan Scenic Area. From the moment I placed my order, the lovely ladies at the hotel called me to confirm all the details, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. When they found out my dad had a sprained back and had difficulty with stairs, they proactively upgraded our room type, which was incredibly thoughtful! The hotel's environment goes without saying – the river is right outside the villa, and in your free time, you can step out and feed the large koi, then stroll across the small bridges and admire the unique scenery. The hotel area itself is a scenic spot, and there are adorable little orange birds – although I don't know their specific breed, they are so cute! The rooms inside the villa are very spacious, with complete facilities, and a large hot spring pool where you can enjoy 100% genuine hot spring water anytime."

"This hotel was a fantastic experience. Although a bit pricey, it was truly excellent, and the staff were great. The room was very clean, and they even provided two servings of raw tea and some biscuits. The room had a private hot spring bath on the balcony, and we were allowed three complimentary uses of the hot spring water during our stay. The water temperature was adjustable, making for a very pleasant soak. The public hot spring was very close to the hotel, only a 3-5 minute walk. The public hot spring has many separate outdoor pools, divided into two sections: one at the foot of the mountain and one at the top. Both sections have swimming pools; the pool at the top has a water temperature of over 30 degrees Celsius and is an infinity pool, making for a very comfortable swim. The distant, layered mountains were very beautiful. Drinking water, snacks, and towels were plentiful at the hot spring. Overall, I was very satisfied with this experience."

"We arrived at the hotel around 10 AM, and the front desk agent checked us in and even upgraded us to a room with a hot tub – thumbs up! 👍 Overall, we were quite satisfied. The hotel's breakfast selection was also pretty diverse. However, for a five-diamond hotel in a small city like this, I still feel it doesn't quite live up to true five-diamond standards."

"The guesthouse's capsule-like design is amazing; every view is breathtaking when you open the curtains. The hotel also has vending machines at very reasonable prices, and the West Kowloon Tea Restaurant offers authentic Hong Kong-style cuisine. The service is excellent, especially the butler named Xie Fuqiang, who is very attentive. He recommended a unique and delicious farm restaurant, Da Nian Fish Farm, where I hadn't had rice cooked over a wood fire in a long time. They also had a fish prepared in three different ways, which was fantastic."

"We booked a room in Area A and Area B for a family trip. Area B is next to the public pool and has a nice courtyard-style environment. Area A requires walking up a little on a slope. The downside is that the room's own hot spring pool was supposed to be filled with water in the morning and evening. However, after soaking in the evening, they said the pump was broken and couldn't pump water in the morning, so we had to use the public pool. The experience was not very good. The room came with two bottles of water. The next day, they asked for two more bottles of water and told us they would charge for them."

"Upon arrival, I discovered there was no hot water. The person contacted at the front desk to fix it came in with a cigarette in their mouth – it was incredibly infuriating. Although they immediately arranged for a room change. The new room had no Wi-Fi, and none of the advertised smart devices worked – very embarrassing. I reported this to the front desk, but no repairs were made by check-out time. A very poor experience. Although I booked a discounted room on the first floor, it was incredibly noisy. The elevator next to it was very loud whenever it was running, and you could clearly hear people talking while waiting. Around 1 or 2 AM on the day of my check-in, there was a very loud argument at the front desk, which was extremely disruptive. Even in relatively cold weather, there were mosquitoes in the room – the pest control was inadequate."

"The importance of staying in a great hotel when traveling! I hope this hotel truly lives up to its reputation, to the point where everyone praises it. There's a dedicated shuttle to the high-speed rail station, the hotel is comfortable and clean, and every staff member is incredibly helpful and responsive. There's a laundry room with dryers on the 11th floor for guests to use, and they can help dry and return your laundry to your room by leaving a note on it. Such a thoughtful touch! 💗 The first floor offers summer refreshments, ice cream, coffee, and a book bar, while the second floor has breakfast and a gym. My trip to Hezhou was truly comfortable and enjoyable thanks to this hotel!"
