Stayed at Ramada Hotel Hezhou for the second time. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and considerate and helped our whole family quickly check in. The room is quiet and the decoration and facilities are new. The high floor has a good view and you can see the new city built nearby. Breakfast is on the second floor. There are many kinds. You can eat Babu's unique powder corner, as well as Guangxi's characteristic camellia and glutinous rice cake. It is the best hotel in Hezhou currently.

The location is super good, opposite the Far East International stop to eat all the food. The room is spacious, the window is facing Lingfeng Mountain, the bathroom has a large water volume and is hot, the bath towel is super thick and comfortable (I want to buy it for my own use), there is a laundry room (washer + dryer). The downside is that the decoration is old and the lighting is not bright enough. The room is dim. The water on the other floor will massage.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I looked at the door a bit like a store. The parking was not in the hotel. The adjacent shops were all kinds of, and I was quite worried. HHFThe design of the hotel is a mixed of Chinese with European elements such as painting, mural. Despite a dated product and facilities but the overall hygiene standard is well maintained. The hotel is located besides a main street hence it can be rather noisy from the traffic below. In addition, the noise from the next door rooms were rather disturbing especially during the evening with people talking loudly and slamming the doors. Nothing to wow about the room amenities / facilities. Located across the hotel are several restaurants and convenience shops that you can easily buy drinks, snacks etc. What I particularly like is the hot or cold coffee and tea dispenser at the lobby which comes in handy for those who must have coffee or tea before starting the day. Breakfast is served in a small buffet style, mostly Chinese food.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived at the Secret Manor Hotel (Gao Shi Qi Yu Branch) in Huangyao Ancient Town, we first made tea by the stove. The tea made by the stove was given when we booked the hotel. There were also 3 sets of national costumes that could be borrowed for taking photos. Various scented teas, peanuts, longans, red dates and sugar oranges are also prepared for making tea around the stove. We stayed until 7pm before going out for dinner. Among them, I took pictures of various things in the hotel. The environment of the hotel is really beautiful. This is the former residence of celebrities and is adjacent to the Dragon Claw Banyan Tree. It took three years to build by Greek designer Ulrica and was only completed in November 2023. It is a unique Chinese and Western double courtyard building in the ancient town, with large terrace rooms, French restaurant, multi-functional conference hall, and closed operation. There are 12 Each of the different guest rooms has been fully occupied these days. There are three peacocks, a blue cat, and a goldfish pond in the yard. The children love to see them. I really like that every corner of this hotel can be photographed. I took a lot of photos during my stay. The environment is very clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment are new and brand-name. There are electric toilets, washing machines with dryers, etc. The toiletries are also brand-name and very useful. The proprietress and Abu were both kind and enthusiastic, answering all questions and very patient. Abu even wrote a card and placed it in the guest room, making people feel that this is a very warm and comfortable hotel.
Facilities: The facilities are complete and very new. All are from big brands.
Hygiene: The entire hotel, both in public areas and rooms, is clean and has no odor.

The location was great for us since there is green corridor between the hotel and the canal which made it very easy to bring our little friend out for his business. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and the mattress was comfortable. The lights are a bit challenging to navigate. Floors and carpets could get a bit more tender love in terms of cleaning. Great breakfast buffet and environment, very light and inviting. We wished there would be a minifridge in the room though. A drawback is that you hear everything, from people in the adjoining rooms. We even hear the music from the hallway. But they did turn it off after we asked.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Often, I would find that they had anticipated a question or need.
The breakfast is very basic and functional with fried noodles, boiled eggs, Baozi (steamed buns) and Zhou (rice porridge), plus tea. Personally, I liked it a lot but I could imagine many travelers finding it too basic for their taste.
I love staying here and do so whenever in Hezhou.

The front desk guy learned that it was my birthday on the day of check-in and said that there would be a surprise delivered to the room in the evening. I am looking forward to it.
Room: As the name suggests, the mountain view room has a balcony facing the mountain, and there is a large open space between the mountain and the balcony, so the privacy is OK. The room is quite large and the whole room is very new. There is a hot spring pool on the balcony. You can just boil water and put it in. It is best to put it in half an hour in advance. The pool is very deep. You can also put water in while waiting, and get some snacks to eat and drink next to it. The hotel sent a fruit milk in the afternoon. It is just that there is a lack of a dressing mirror outside the bathroom, which can be improved.
Hot spring: It's interesting to soak in the hot spring in the rain. The locker room at the hot spring center is very large. There are many cabinets as soon as you enter, and there are showers and hair dryers. After the locker room, you will reach the outdoor hot spring. The road before you get outdoors is indoors and you don't have to get wet in the rain. It's much better than the old hot spring in Luhua.
