Yihe Hotel

I have been out for more than half a month, and it is the worst and most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in. I originally thought I would stay in this hotel, but as soon as I entered the room, the lights in the whole room were very dim, and the light at the bathroom door was broken. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted. Forget it, the faucet in the bathroom was still broken. As soon as I opened the faucet, water sprayed upwards, making me wet all over. I asked the front desk to change rooms and asked us to ask the cleaning staff. It was really bad. I don’t understand. The housekeeper said that other rooms are even worse. There is not even a decent room in such a big hotel. When I checked out the next day and reported it to the front desk, the front desk said that as long as the guest requests to change the hotel, he can change the hotel. It is not a question. Cleaning, I don’t know how the hotel front desk is trained. I originally planned to stay for two more days, but I was really scared, lightning protection!

The room is big enough. Cleaned as well. Dry and wet separation. There are quite a lot of breakfast varieties. Parking is easy.

I was relatively confident when booking this hotel because it was a relatively high-rated hotel in the capital city. Unexpectedly, something happened to this hotel. When I checked in, I was told that the water pipe was broken and needed repairs, and it would not be available until 9pm. Hot water, I didn’t have any objections at the time, so I went back to the hotel after dinner. But there was still no hot water at 9 o'clock. We asked the guest room center, but they couldn't explain it clearly. They only said that it was still being repaired and they didn't know when we would have hot water. This made us very embarrassed and it was impossible to change hotels. I immediately called Ctrip to complain. The lady from Ctrip was very helpful. She immediately contacted the hotel to inquire about the situation and gave me timely feedback, saying that the hotel was already heating hot water and could use it at 11pm. After that, the hotel staff also came to check and ensured that it could be used at 11 o'clock. Indeed, by about 11 o'clock, we could use hot water, which was basically satisfactory. Originally breakfast was a buffet, but because of the shortage of staff during the Chinese New Year, three breakfasts were specially given to us, which is understandable. The problem was solved in time without affecting our good mood. What I like most👍 is the lady on Ctrip who handled the complaint👧

The hotel is old, or the decoration itself is rather old-fashioned, but it has all kinds of facilities. The underground parking lot has just been dug and parking is quite convenient. The family room is obviously converted from a suite, but it is not bad for a family of three or four. Rest is very important when you first go to the plateau. The sound insulation is not very good, and it depends on the consciousness of the masters. The breakfast was pretty good, complete and up to standard. The cooperation is not too big, and it's not too far from a bustling neighborhood. A taxi costs 3 yuan per person. Of course, if you come from a big city, don't misunderstand that "bustling" simply refers to a place with a little more people. Just in time for the celebration, the colorful flags on the grassland were flying and the gongs and drums were loud!
