Good clean space, like the service provided by Khushiyal for room service. The room was cleaned well, he assisted me immediately for electricity issue I had with my room. The hotel could have a better spread of breakfast buffet though and more recreational options

Stayed on 8th floor room no. 814 for 13 nights recently... excellent road view and very comfortable stay to say the least.. Facilities are nice ..Payal and David from cafeteria are two incredibly helpful and polite people who always served with professional agility and a never exhaustive smile on their lips. The wide spread buffet breakfast became more enjoyable and tasty because of these 2 people's warmest conviviality. I was quite impressed. Thank you Lemon Tree. Will come back again.

I visited the courtyard by Marriott in Pune in May 2024 as part of a business trip. The facility was impeccably clean, the staff exceptionally courteous and helpful and the amenities excellent. The breakfast buffet was top-notch and the staff was beyond courteous. I needed help from the staff to address a non-hotel related situation and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my issue was addressed quickly and satisfactorily. The issue is not related in any way to the hotel as noted. I give this facility and staff a five star rating and it will definitely be my go to stay the next time. I am in Pune India.

And then I referred my all friends to Stay with Siesta. But Recently I have noticed that there is No maintenance of your hotel. I have complained last time also to make my trip that even your Premium Rooms are not maintained properly as they used to be before. Even 2days ago I Visited, rooms were good but bathroom was horrible. It's was very smelly. Please look into this matter.
