Au Lac Charner Hotel

What an excellent hotel with great service and in a very good location. It is near many good eateries and close proximity to the shopping areas. It is just so close to the centre of many attractions.

We have incredible experience stay at Au Lac Charner Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic! Being situated in the heart of the city centre made it so convenient for us to explore all the amazing attractions nearby. The fact that we were near famous restaurants like Anan and just a short distance away from Senspa and Miumiu was an absolute delight. I can't stop raving about the complimentary breakfast and high tea that Au Lac Charner Hotel provided. It truly exceeded our expectations and added such a special touch to our stay. The variety of options, coupled with the impeccable service, made each morning an absolute treat. I also want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Hoang (Hotel Manager?), for being incredibly patient and helpful throughout our stay. His willingness to answer all our questions regarding directions and even assisting us with Grab bookings truly went above and beyond. His dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was commendable! Highly recommend!

This was a phenomenal hotel. The location is perfect within HCMC and the staff were amazing. The air conditioner was perfect even during the hottest season in Vietnam. Easy trip here from the airport. I can’t recommend this place higher.

This is an amazing hotel. It is very close to all of the attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. It is walking distance to many great restaurants and coffee shops. They have many options on the breakfast menu. The rooftop pool is beautiful and has an amazing view. There is an afternoon tea which is welcomed after a day of touring. The rooms are well appointed and the cleaning staff do a great job.

This Hotel is always a pleasure to stay at, centred in district 1, it is an excellent location to explore the city. Rooms always very clean and the free afternoon tea is a really nice touch. It is certainly my go to hotel for HCM City.

Service staff are wonderful! Manager even brought a luggage with spoilt zip to the workshop to repair and brought it back to hotel on his off day for my SIL.
