距離胡志明新山機場很近，走路15分鐘可以到達。周邊吃喝購買都很方便，相對於離機場遠的地區最有優勢的就是近，不用太着急起床

What i liked about this place is it is close to where I want to go while everywhere else was unavailable. I said this because my family was insulted by the owner who greeted us, they gave us the rooms that were Not we’ve paid for. The rooms are completely disgusting, wet, old, and hairs on the unsealed brushes. It is totally dirty like public toilets, far down degraded hotel I have been. Please do me a favor, don’t cuss when come here.

ベトナムでは7ヶ所の宿泊施設を利用したが、唯一二度と利用したくないホテル。
2ベッドルームを予約したのに窓もないシングルの部屋に案内される。
予約した部屋はなぜか使えないとのこと。
電気が切れて全ての照明が付かなかった。
サンダルも片方なし。
湯沸器が壊れていてお湯も出なかった。
パスポートをチェックアウトまで預かりたいと不穏なことを言われた。
レイトチェックアウトについて聞いてみたら、部屋代の10%が１時間ごとにかかると言いつつ、15%で計算された。
空港に徒歩圏内という利点だけ見れる人、ぼったくりがあっても気にしない人なら良いかと。

飛行機が深夜1時出発なので、空港の近くでここを選びました。空港から歩いて１０分～15分。迂回することになるけどセブンイレブンがある所のルートが一番安全に渡れると思う、ここら辺は歩行者に優しくない。
設備:wi-fiの速さは満足、冷蔵庫はあるが電気が付かなくて意味が無かった。冷房は十分、金庫は無し、壁が薄く音は聞こえやすい、テレビはあるがなぜか放送が見れない。エレベーターは一機あり、シャワーは温水があり、水圧もギリ許せる
家族経営をしてて孫からおじいちゃんまで、カウンター業務していた。夜中はいつもおじいちゃんが店前で座ってる
ホテルの周辺にコンビニ何店かあり、スーパーあり、食堂あり、ジムもあり、徒歩15分くらいでDiagもあってそれは大満足です、1区まで5kmくらい離れてるが
設備や清潔はかなり悪いが個室シャワー付きで寝れたら何でもいいや位の人には最低限の部屋です
ホテル代も安いので自分は満足してます
