Hotels near tiNiWorld in Ho Chi Minh City

Roseland Sweet Hotel is a value for money hotel; and there would be many other similar hotels easily found online. But what made Roseland stand out was one of their staff Kiet Anh, who is a bellboy, front desk, concierge all rolled into one. The week I was there, he was working everyday and all hours, I practically see him all the time whenever i'm at the lobby, whether I am going out or coming back. His bright, cheerful and friendly demeanour plus his very personal touch is on par with the service found only at the 5 or 6 star hotels. He was what made the difference for me staying at Roseland; which otherwise would be a good but pretty average hotel. Roseland is indeed very fortunate to have employed a staff like him; and given time and the right grooming would make an excellent management personnel in the hospitality industry. My choice of hotel will still be Roseland for my next coming trip, but only if Kiet is there. Thank you Kiet, for making my stay so pleasant and memorable; and thanks for helping me send my cracked handphone for repair; you really saved my life!! See you soon!

Deluxe Doubleを予約しましたが、最初にSuperior（no-window）の部屋を案内されました。そこで、窓のあるDeluxe Doubleで予約したはずだと言ったら、Superior（no-window）に小さい窓がついた部屋（広さはSuperiorと同じ）になりました。予約するとき、Deluxe Doubleはもっと大きな窓で浴槽もあったと思うのですが。私の部屋はSuperiorと同じく浴槽が無く、写真のように小さい窓があっただけ。予約サイトのDeluxe Doubleの写真は、Premier Deluxe Doubleの写真を使っている？それとも間違った部屋に案内された？まあフロントがいいかげんなのは海外あるあるなので、次も同じ部屋を予約して確認してみます。 I reserved 1 Deluxe Double Room.But, at first the reception took me to a Superior Double Room（no-window）. Then I told him I reserved 1 Deluxe Double Room had the window, and next he took me to the room like the photo I uploaded. Is this room on this photo actually the Deluxe Double Room? I thought that this room I stayed is different from the photoes on booking sites. I would like to check it out on my next visit.

We stayed here for a week in a garden view room. The great: The room was clean big & very comfortable. The breakfast changed their hot food daily and the egg station did a large variety of cooked eggs as requested. There was also a Bah Mih station. The service was fantastic and the people very friendly. People or bikers watching was fascinating especially at night. Close to everything. We walked to all of the attractions War museum, independence palace, shopping centres, city mall, post office, opera house (out front) everywhere. Hop on Hop off bus is out front. The not so great: On both evenings of the weekend their were weddings. BIG weddings. The hotel gave us free cocktail voucher (1 each) or a full day & night of noise. Bad drunk Karaoke is not worth 1 cocktail. We had to empty our suitcase & remove the laundry bag we were using for our dirty clothes before we could leave the hotel. I know we should not have removed, but just picked it up without thinking and placed in the suitcase. There was no option to pay for it, we had to give it back. In the foyer.

We stayed 3 nights in Roseland Centa hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, extensive breakfast buffet, good location. The greatest brightness of this hotel is the reception staff. They shall do everything in their power to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For example, Long advised us to go to look at the firework from the roof of Roseland Sweet Hotel and reserved a VIP table, we asked 2 additional heads and were brought in an eye-spot, ... After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

Was recommended Intercon and it did not disappoint. Enjoyable stay for a girls' weekend and birthday trip. The hotel's location is the best- right across the Book Street, Notre Dame Cathedral and Post Office and a short walk to a street full of lovely cafes and restaurants and a slightly longer walk to the City Hall and Opera House. We were given a room on the 15th floor with a great view. Beds were very comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. We will return!

Staying at the Rex Hotel is like wandering onto the set of the 1932 MGM film ”Grand Hotel.” Morning begins with a lavish buffet breakfast in the Beaux-Arts-style ballroom. The host, wearing a tuxedo, welcomes you with a warm and enthusiastic smile. Then you'll take a swim in the gorgeous 6th floor pool under a tropical sky. Throughout the day, gracious staff members are available to make your stay a memorable one. In the evening, cocktails and dinner are served on the lovely rooftop, with sweeping views of the city. Indeed, when you stay at the Rex, you've finally experienced a Grand Hotel.

I love the fact that the hotel location is in the center right next to the Opera House and walking distance to everything; nice restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping malls. The room is super clean and the view is very nice. However, the hotel should improve on their breakfast room and how they manage the guests during breakfast. You are 5 stars hotel and the breakfast place is crowded like your road. The table is so right next to each other with the strangers until we feel like we eat in the same table with the relatives that we hate. The person who asked forbour room number at the reception could have asked us right away when they show us the table of what would we like to drink. Not just like seating us down and disappear. And we have to look for someone to order our coffee. Should you manage/improve this part accordingly, your hotel would be beyond perfect.

Blue Diamond Signature Hotel 3* has shared the same address with Sky Gem Hotel Sora 4* in Google Map. The two hotels are now the same. Its does not look like the pictures shown in Google Map/Bookings. The hotel's good location is right opposite to the Thai Van Lung gate of Japanese corner. Its 8F pool area is under construction during May 2022. The corridors have not been air conditioned. Room numbers notice are attached by papers on the corner. Walking in the corridors feel like a maze. The garage is not in use. Decoration materials are there. If you have own vehicles, it is wise to park it in the nearby public pay parking lot. The lobby has a coffee shop. The restaurant provides simple breakfasts. The rooms with windows are DELUXE – Internal, Junior suite, VIP. It is suggested to book directly with the hotel. The Interiors are designed with many bamboos. The air conditioner in room takes a while to cool down the room. A ventilation well is behind the bamboo slide door. The bathtub is next to the bed. Toilet and shower room is behind the bed. The floor has no carpet. It is quiet during night. Soundproof is ok. In general, the hotel has a very good location.

Hotel in close to river, though area is very modern. A lot of the attractions seem to be around 1-1.5km away. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. It was disappointing that we could access the sky bar as it was all closed at 8pm, though it’s advertised as being open till 10pm. I Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to its location for me personally it’s a bit far out, but this is a personal decision and nothing against the hotel. Hotel was clean and staff were really great
