Very nice room with beautiful scenery directly facing the lake, room facilities, balcony and private bathroom excellent. Swimming pool also good. Hotel staffs kind and supportive. One thing need to mention that room service is very difficult as no menu in the room and have to go the reception desk, which should walk long way from hotel, given that the restaurant at another end, if ordered, could be cold when sending to room.

It is very comfortable and the front desk can help you book tickets for restaurants in Fussen and Neuschwanstein. The front desk staff will be very enthusiastic about English. But at 9 o'clock in the evening, they will rest at the front desk. The romantic room has a skylight to lie down and watch the stars. Some rooms have a balcony that can directly see Neuschwanstein Castle. Breakfast is a traditional German Western meal. There is a parking lot on the side but it seems to be a charge. of
