The room is very good, very suitable for a temporary stay. The airport is 15 minutes away. The subway station is opposite the airport. It is faster to the subway station. The room is fully equipped. Booked a family room, the check-in experience was very good, clean, and the room was relatively spacious. Opposite the hotel is a park, further south is the Ferris wheel, and to the north is the Warriors Tribe. The location is good and the price/performance ratio is high. There is a breakfast shop on the first floor of the hotel, but it is a bit dirty and messy, but there are relatively few morning shops here, basically all noodles, and there is not much room for breakfast. There are restaurants all over the street outside the hotel, and the hotel is cost-effective.

It took me about 10 minutes to walk from Hohhot East Railway Station (north exit), and I found the hotel easily without any problem. Check-in was quick and easy, and then I had a great rest in the well-equipped and comfortable room. Breakfast the next morning was good (although not quite as good as some other similar hotels), and then check-out was fast and easy. It was then just a 5-minute taxi ride to the Hohhot International Airport. I’d certainly stay here again!

After entering the store, the front desk asked to check which room type I booked on my mobile phone and confirm how many breakfasts there are. I said 4 and still didn’t believe it. I honestly handed my mobile phone to the front desk to confirm before I felt relieved. Can’t you check it on your computer? Or is the website developed by Ctrip too lame? 2. After checking in and preparing to enter the elevator, I remembered that the room type I booked from Ctrip came with afternoon tea and Inner Mongolia specialty souvenirs. I asked you to give them. Although the things are not valuable, you won’t give them to me if I don’t ask you, right? Then Ctrip should stop playing these meaningless advertisements to attract customers. I treat Ctrip as a brother, and Ctrip is playing tricks with me😅. 3. I asked for dental floss at the front desk in the afternoon. The front desk told me that I could get toothpicks when I went to the restaurant the next morning. There was no dental floss. I remember that many hotels under Huazhu Club would prepare dental floss at the front desk, or only the Four Seasons Hotel has this service? 4. The room was very hot at night. I called the front desk to report it. The front desk said that they would arrange for a master to come and lower the temperature of the floor heating. I waited for a whole night but no one came to deal with it. Finally, I turned on the cooling and slept for a night before it was not too hot. 5. The shower water is not hot. The faucet is turned to the maximum, but it is still warm. It may be because the room is hot. The water will not be cold after taking a shower? 6. Finally, I want to mention something unimportant. The oranges at the front desk are unlimited and free. Customers can take them as they like. This is worthy of praise, but some orange peels are beginning to dehydrate and wrinkle. It is recommended to increase the frequency of fruit renewal to reach a higher level. Finally, a suggestion is that the hotel's airport shuttle service runs every 2 hours. In fact, it is not far away. It takes 7 minutes to get there. It can run every half an hour. It is really for the sake of customers.

The hotel has complete facilities, the room is clean and tidy, and it is quiet at night. The warm and thoughtful service left a very deep impression on me. Very convenient for both the train station and airport. Comfortable room with lovely bed and sofa. I had an early flight so did t get to sample the breakfast. My AC wasn’t working when I arrived, but it got quickly fixed when I spoke to reception.
