Sheyi Tea Culture Boutique Hotel (Hohhot Dazhaosi Branch)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cozy tea house decor make us feel like in a charming retreat rather than just a place to stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us felt right at home. Kudos to housekeeping for the sweet note and extra bottle of water - love the reminder to stay hydrated! Highly recommended!

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The building is old and poorly maintained, with no lift access to the laundry room, forcing guests to use a staircase, which is inconvenient. The corridor lighting is very dim, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere, and the rooms themselves are not bright or comfortable. Breakfast was especially terrible, with very limited options and not served buffet-style as expected. Overall, the quality of service and facilities did not match the price charged. For the amount paid, it is certainly not value for money, and I would not recommend staying here to others.

Location is within walking distance to saishang street,dazhao temple, guanyin temple with many choices of food. Hotel room is clean and staff are all so helpful. Our kids love the tea tasting held by the hotel. Very recommended.

This hotel has really nice rooms, very cosy in winter and the beds and bathroom are great! The staff were lovely too. The location is really close to some interesting things in Hohhot, and the attached restaurant does great shaomai.
