"I came to Hohhot for business this time and, after doing some research, chose this Wanda hotel. My initial thought was its central location, which would make it easy for me to travel between different areas. Getting to the hotel directly from Baita Airport by subway took about twenty minutes, with no transfers, which was quite convenient since I had luggage. The hotel is located at the junction of Saihan District and Xincheng District, with subway lines 1 and 2 intersecting nearby, making getting around very easy. There's also a Wanda shopping mall and a snack street nearby, so you can explore trendy shops and try local food in your free time, which is a definite plus. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were pleasant, proactively informing me about free luggage storage and complimentary bottled water – a decent first impression. The room itself was clean and tidy, the mattress was just right (not too soft, not too hard), and all the facilities were complete and working well. After a day of travel, I could get a good night's rest, so no complaints there. I thought my stay would be uneventful, but I hit the peak check-out time and had to wait an incredibly long time for the elevator – several minutes, in fact, before I could finally get on. If you're in a rush, trying to catch a train or a flight, this could easily cause significant delays. Overall, my experience this time was genuinely not great. Although the hotel price was moderate and not expensive, the stay was very uncomfortable. The prolonged elevator wait significantly detracted from the overall experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who has high expectations for their stay."

"The room decor was very thoughtful, and for the price, it came with a comprehensive set of amenities. Delivery service was also very fast, and the bathroom smelled pleasant. The front desk lady with the round face was really cute. I originally booked this as a simple过渡房 (transit room), but it turned out to be full of pleasant surprises: the linens felt clean with no old smell, the breakfast porridge and side dishes were warm, and even the bathroom drain had no odd odors. Xiao Liang, Xiao Ma, and Xiao Sun at the front desk all provided excellent service, and the cleaning staff would proactively greet you when passing by. It didn't feel stiff like previous hotel stays at all; it was as comfortable as staying at a friend's house."

During my stay, the toilet in my room suddenly overflowed. This stay left me with a particularly good impression of Wanda Hotels! I will definitely come back again."

It's super easy to get to Dazhao Temple, Kuan Alley Food Street, and Princess Mansion Park. No need to rush for an early train, and you save the hassle of taking taxis back and forth. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. Check-in was very quick, and they patiently answered questions about directions and stored our luggage. They even proactively recommended local specialty foods and sightseeing routes, which was a thoughtful touch. They also support check-in with an electronic ID, which is great for travelers who might forget their physical ID. Room cleanliness is excellent; the floor, bathroom, and bedding were all spotless. The hot water was stable and plentiful, the mattress was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was effective. Even though it's on a main street, you can't hear the noisy traffic, so you can get a good rest after a long day of travel. The Wi-Fi speed is fast and smooth, perfect for work or streaming videos without lag. They offer a wide variety of room types, including singles, doubles, and family triples, making it suitable for solo travelers or families. The amenities are very practical. They have free parking for guests arriving by car, 24-hour front desk, free luggage storage, a self-service laundry room, and wake-up calls – everything you need. The restaurant on the first floor serves both regular meals and a buffet breakfast, with authentic local Mongolian breakfast options that taste great. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The price is affordable, and the transportation, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. If you're coming to Hohhot by train, this is definitely the best choice. I'll stay here again next time!"
