Absolutely first class hotel. We were very well looked after and nothing was too much trouble
Everyone was very nice and helpful and the hotel was very comfortable with a lovely pool. Cant recommend it enough

시설이 약간 낡긴 했으나 그 모든걸 극복해내는 정원이 있습니다. 너무 예쁘고 걸어다니기만 해도 행복함. 여기서 2박 있었는데 직원도 너무 친절하고, 수영장도 좋았음. 정원을 보며 조식 먹으면 중세-르네상스 시절 유럽 귀족이 이렇게 살지 않았을까 하는 생각이 절로 듦. 가성비가 매우 훌륭하니 적당한 가격대 호텔 찾으면 꼭 가보시길 바람. 저녁에 식당도 운영하니 참고.(메뉴가 많진 않음)

優點：
環境：酒店內部環境很不錯，雖然不大，但是有個別緻的小花園和游泳池，比較祥和的感覺
服務：服務真的好的不能再好了。經理和服務生都很棒。一開始給的房間，因為朝向問題有黴味，溝通了立即換，一連帶我看了好多間讓我挑，直到最後滿意。然後還送了水果表示歉意，最後離店還全體送行，很温暖。也可以幫你問這個，訂那個的。真的很棒。👍
缺點：
地理位置：因為對那邊不熟悉，以為這個離老城很近，但其實又2km，打車遇到高峯期有點不好打，周圍沒什麼可以逛的。從古城回來如果打不到車走路半小時其實很累
房間黴味：面向小花園的一側估計是北面，無論樓層，都有一股很濃的黴味，我個人比較敏感，實在受不了，另外一面沒問題，但是另外一面外部有一個人家養了很多雞鴨狗，很吵。。。睡眠輕的不能選
洗澡熱水：可能似乎是燒的電的，一個人洗完了另一個立即洗，熱水就沒了。但可能越南很多酒店都還是電熱水器，這個要注意。

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, ruhig und sauber. Zum Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl an Essen. Es hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Zwischen Strand und Altstadt. Alles gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, welches das Hotel zur Verfügung stellt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter.

Le personnel était adorable et très très gentil mais rien n'était comme dans le descriptif.
Je n'ai pas pu dormir car j'étais dans une chambre juste en-dessous du chauffe-eau alors que j'étais la seule cliente..
Pas de spa,sauna hammam, et un petit déjeuner misérable. Je n'ai pas supporté d'être traitée ainsi, que tout soit mensonger sur le descriptif. Pas de buffet, une petite assiette avec deux bouts de fruit. J'ai beaucoup râlé et me suis énervée. Ils ont compensé finalement par un massage et m'ont amenée à l'hôtel d'à côté pour le petit déjeuner. Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit car j'ai changé d'hôtel.

The swimming pool was a delight after a long, hit day of sight seeing. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet provided a generous selection of food, local and international. The only off point was the Fitness Room which left a lot to be desired!

This hotel was so beautiful, and everyone who worked there was so lovely and so helpful including providing recommendations for food and booking taxis. The pool area was so relaxing and breakfast in the morning was lovely with loads to choose from. We wish we had booked to stay longer in this hotel.
