This hotel seemed very clean and the rooms were in general nice. I booked a 2 room with 2 king beds and did not got a semi 2 room with a king and a queen. The hotel was unwilling to rectify the situation in any way and the manager was quite abrasive. She did call me back quickly from a training she was attending, I can only hope it was focused on providing better customer service. There is a key detail you should know about the 2 room configuration that is not spelled out, one is a normal room and one is basically a nook off the kitchen with only a curtain and no privacy. This is not indicated on their website. We also found bed bugs in one of the beds and took to the office in a plastic bag. we were further inconvenienced while they brought someone in to inspect and then re-change the bedding. Luckily they did not find a big issue in our room as the hotel was fully booked and the only option would have been to move the three of us to a room with a single room/bed??? It is clear that there are bed bugs in this hotel. Do a search on-line and this issue is immediately evident, however; the unprofessional management refuses to acknowledge this even when handed a bed pug that we collected from one of the beds. The location is great but if you have an issue, don't expect a satisfactory resolution from the hotel staff. I really wanted to like this hotel but was disappointed.
