The location is really good and convenient, lol! It's great, haha, it made me laugh so much I'm practically dizzy, haha! I definitely recommend checking it out!

They offer complimentary coffee at the entrance. The hotel is quite high, on the 30th floor or above, and there seem to be only four rooms per floor. We could hear the elevator going up and down from our room, but it's not an issue if you're a heavy sleeper.

Room: The hotel is located near Lan Kwai Fong in Central. I hadn't originally planned to stay here, but my friend booked a room in advance, so we decided to stay together and booked it directly through Ctrip. The room itself was very small. Facilities: The hotel lacked basic amenities. This was my first time staying in a hotel that didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes. When I called, I was told I had to buy a set for 5 yuan. All the outlets were three-pronged, so guests from mainland China would need an adapter. None of this was mentioned or hinted at in the hotel's online description. Moreover, when I called the hotel via Ctrip, the person on the other end hung up after hearing me speak Mandarin. I finally got through by calling from the room's landline, which was very frustrating. Service: The worst part was the lack of basic professionalism from the hotel staff. Check-in was incredibly slow (I placed the order at the front desk at 2:44 PM, waited three or four minutes for the previous guests to finish, was charged a service fee at 2:57 PM, and then finally received the room card). This speed was really slow. And throughout the process, there was not a single smile. When we simply asked if it was ready, we were told, "You just placed the order; I'm already processing it very quickly. We have to do it step by step." The tone made me feel like I was wrong for asking, and it was all my fault for having just placed the order and not waiting quietly. Also, I was inexplicably charged some kind of service fee, although it was only around thirty-something yuan. But later, when I spoke to my friends, I found out they weren't charged this fee, which made me wonder if this is how hotels in Hong Kong are. The experience was absolutely terrible. P.S.: The foreign guests before me were greeted with incredible warmth and patience, even offered coffee. The contrast was just baffling.

Very convenient location and friendly staff upon check in. Bed is comfortable and the room overall is perfect for a weekends stay.

We booked a 33-square-meter room for extra space, but it turned out to be only 22-23 square meters. The room decor was pretty standard, just like a regular motel. We paid over 4000 yuan for two king rooms, which is more than 2000 yuan per room. It wasn't even a holiday or a weekend. The environment and facilities were completely different from what was described on the platform. We had to buy toothbrushes and toothpaste separately, which we understand if it's your policy. However, you should have informed us during check-in. Instead, we had to go all the way to the front desk to buy them when we needed them. The service attitude was terrible; the staff's eyes showed pure disdain. I followed all your rules, but you should at least uphold my basic rights. This whole experience ruined my trip and left me in a terrible mood! Perhaps it's my fault for not realizing the decor was so poor when I booked the hotel. But for the actual room size to be so different from what was advertised, doesn't the platform verify these details?

This hotel has a very Chinese aesthetic, and there are a lot of foreigners, so you'll often find queues for check-in and check-out because it's so busy. The room was a bit small, but the bathrobe was really comfortable. They have a water filter with temperature settings, which saves you from buying bottled water. Disposable slippers are provided, but remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast is on the 4th floor, with plenty of sunlight and a good selection.

A bit pricey but hotel was in a great location. All was pretty good, and staff was professional.

A very central hotel for a Hong Kong stay. It was a very compact room. Probably a bit smaller than we expected. But well equipped. The location is excellent. Within a lovely area for dinner and shopping.

Great location, very convenient for getting around. Staying at the artistic Lan Kwai Fong Hotel is definitely the best choice. Nostalgic decoration. Room size is fair in the area

Great central location, clean facilities, helpful staff (English speaking). Convenience stores, restaurants and milk tea shops around corner. Main MTR stations reachable by foot.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, so it was okay. The hotel is old, but moderately clean. There were some stains on some items. I wouldn't recommend booking rooms with a better view, as we had a water view, but in reality, the water was only slightly visible on the sides because there was a large building in the middle, blocking everything.

Even though the staff who work at the hotel are wonderful, the rooms in this hotel (although very stylish and a great vibe) feel worn out and in need of a facelift. My bed was quite bad (the left side was a bit lopsided and worn out), the pillows left something to be desired, and there was clear wear and tear in the hotel room. Take a look at the photos. It’s a shame, because this hotel feels like it has such a great essence of Hong Kong. The vibe is energetic and feels invigorating. And again, the staff are great. Please update this legendary hotel.

Perfect location. Great views. The room was a bit small, but that‘s normal in HK.
