The room was not as neat and clean compared to our last stays. You can tell it:s rushly done. Considering we checked in an hour before chexk in time..

+ We were lucky to get the room that we booked (high floor sea view)
+ Very close to Sai Ying Pun MTR
- The rooms are very small and it kinda smells abit
- Very very very little leg room when you’re on the toilet bowl

The location is amazing for the price. Right outside of the subway exit which is great for rainy days. The harbour view from the 31st floor was AMAZING and totally made up for the small size of the room. When I say small, I mean tiny. One person can move around fine but having 2 people stay in the double room would be squished. The total downside was that the pool was closed which we only found out from a small note inside the room after we checked in. The pool was the main reason for our booking... So that was very disappointing.

Make sure to book 30 minutes in advanced otherwise the system will not register your booking and you have to wait in the lobby on the 5th floor like i did for a room. The front desk claimed their was no double room available but i fought that i booked for one and it magically was 1 available for booking so fight for what you want. Overall, its HK everything is small and hotel is not amazing its just for sleep. Sleeping was bad since its summer and the AC is too loud. Better than a hostel i suppose. Anyways goodluck!

Location is ok. Although it is near Sai Ying Pun MTR A1 exit, need to walk about 10min from the concourse to the hotel. Plus point is the availability of lifts to the road level.

Walking from metro station to hotel around 200 meters, there’s a 7-11 convenience store opposite. The is clean but might take a long time awaiting for lift.

Pool was closed, on the old side, needs remodeling but you can tell it was a luxury hotel in its time, nonetheless good for the money and nicely located. Great view to Harbour from room.
