The receptionist attitude was very poor, super impolite when I checked in. And didn’t respect customers. They should reflect on it.

為什麼跟攜程上的不一樣，根本沒有20平方，不知道是攜程忽悠還是酒店忽悠，房間達不到攜程説的20平。

I tried modifying my booking for this hotel for another dates just so I can come and stay at that hotel. But the hotel won’t let me rebook for another dates just so I can use the money that I paid online. Not flexible and felt horrible for not at least giving me another dates to stay worst of all they won’t even try to refund. When it was just booked few hours ago.

They upgraded my room, quite nice and great location as well

When I came back to the front desk to change rooms, I was told that it was fully booked. But when I was actually looking for a new hotel nearby, people kept coming to check in. Later, I went over and asked him that he could make me a suite but he would charge me double the room rate and a 10% handling fee. His attitude was very bad. Because it was late and I was very tired after a day of running around, I didn't want to drag my luggage around anymore. Later, I asked to see the suite first before deciding whether to upgrade the room, because I was afraid that it would still feel spooky after adding money, but a fat male receptionist at the front desk said, "Miss! We don't have anyone! Now all those who can immigrate to Hong Kong have immigrated, and no one can accompany you to see the room." There is no one, but talking about immigrants is really discriminating against mainlanders. I definitely don't want to live here anymore. I went back to the room trembling with grievance in the middle of the night. The door couldn't be fixed, and I didn't dare to lock myself in the room. I picked up my luggage and ran away miserably. The room was dirty, old, and gloomy. I really don't recommend anyone to stay here, and especially remind everyone not to stay in the barrier-free room!
