The room might not have been occupied for a while, so the cleanliness could be improved. The service was practically non-existent. However, the location is really convenient, and the high floor offers a great night view. The room itself is quite spacious, and the two queen-sized beds are perfect for a family of four. I always stay at Nina Hotel when everytime I come to Hong Kong. The front desk service is very professional and polite, especially counter staff Katie.They always upgrade our rooms. This time, because we had a night flight back to Canada, they were very thoughtful and proactively offered us a 4 PM check-out. We were very happy. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Hong Kong and will recommend it to my family and friends.

The hotel location is excellent. It’s surrounded by malls, MRT and buses. I rebook the hotel and got upgraded to sea view room, unfortunately the room was a bit rundown. A bit disappointed over the room condition even the view was good. Mirror has blacken marks.

The front desk service was excellent, and the luggage storage was very convenient. The room had two 1.5-meter beds, so it could accommodate four people. Being on the 60th floor in a city view room gave a 'king of the world' feeling. The hotel is also very close to the Tuen Ma Line MTR, which makes getting to the tourist hotspots very easy.
