Hong Kong Satisfy Guest House

A really great hotel! It's located right in Mirador Mansion, next to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. It's within walking distance to China Hong Kong City, Harbour City, Kowloon Park, and Victoria Harbour, and just one or two MTR stops away from core business districts on Hong Kong Island like Admiralty and Central. The facilities aren't brand new, but the sheets, pillows, duvets, etc., are all very clean and tidy. The host was very polite, proactively reminding me about details like needing to boil water ten minutes in advance. I'd always heard that Hong Kong hotels don't provide disposable toiletries, but this place had toothpaste, toothbrushes, toilet paper, and more, laid out in the public hallway for guests to take, which was very thoughtful. There's absolutely no need to worry about safety; the room door can be deadbolted and has a security chain, and there's also a guesthouse operating license posted outside, so everything is very well-regulated.

The hygiene was excellent; the sheets, duvet covers, and pillows were spotless white. 👍 There were no strange odors or any skin discomfort whatsoever. The cleanliness here far surpasses many guesthouses and inns in mainland China (where sometimes the hygiene in some guesthouses can be indescribable, and even sitting on a sofa can make your skin feel uncomfortable). Although the building is a bit old by Hong Kong standards, the transportation is very convenient. It's located right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Victoria Harbour, the Science Museum, and the Museum of History are all just a few hundred meters' walk away. 👍 The MTR (subway) and bus stops are right next to the hotel building; you can see the subway station and bus stops as soon as you step out. Getting around is super convenient. 👍 The building where the hotel is located is better than Chunking Mansions, with fewer miscellaneous people coming and going. It's not as rumored at all, and you can stay with complete peace of mind.

The host was great, and the room was clean and tidy. I'd definitely choose them again if I have the chance.

Remember to bring your own disposable toiletries/bedding – it was a real struggle without them. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the MTR station, and you can even walk to Victoria Harbour. To sum it up, if you bring your own toiletries/bedding, it's great; otherwise, it's a pure torture. The service was good, no issues or arguments whatsoever.

The room was indeed as small as people said, which is understandable for Hong Kong. The cleanliness was alright. It's in a building and has a window with a street view. However, it was too noisy at night. The hallway was quiet, but the noise came from outside the window. There were even cars revving their engines late at night, which kept me from sleeping.

Hiyi Inn is in an excellent location, within walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The room is clean and tidy, the WiFi is smooth, and the owner is warm and thoughtful. You can store your luggage, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. It offers great value for money and is definitely my first choice for future trips.

The location is great, on the fifth floor of Mirador Mansion. Many people say it's chaotic there, but I've been many times and it's not chaotic at all, just like Chungking Mansions. However, the environment is a bit run down because it's an older building, and there are a lot of Indian people around. The value for money for the location is excellent. Although the room is a bit worn and small, the bedding and sheets are very clean, and the landlady is very welcoming. Highly recommended if you're on a budget trip.
