很棒的酒店！大堂非常氣派，前台服務熱情周到，停車場特別大，自駕很方便。房間寬敞，衞生好，乾淨整潔，提供多瓶飲用水，晚上還送來小零食。自助早餐品種豐富，味道不錯。退房還送了小禮物。非常滿意

非常好的入住體驗，乾淨，大氣，早餐也不錯，店內可以點餐，停車場大，好停車，應該是洪洞縣最好的酒店，比有些大城市的酒店都好。推薦去享受。可惜忘了照相。離廣勝寺近。

應該是在市區那個選擇比較好的房間👍
房間面積比較大。我們最開始被分到了燈光帶的樓層，燈光太亮了不適合睡覺，然後和前台協商之後換了一間。

設施：房間面積夠大，電視遙控器很不好用，淋浴房門縫隙較大洗澡會漏水到地面？其他還不錯。
環境：位置好交通便利。
服務：必須點贊！服務員非常貼心～把襪子晾曬到朝陽的地方，給我的瓶瓶罐罐墊了毛巾，還寫了留言！

整體入住感覺很不錯，有四星級+的服務感覺，是我住過的四星級酒店中入住體驗感排前面的酒店，不愧是用“家”字當LOGO，前台 餐廳 客服凡事接觸到的各級服務員都很熱情，看得出酒店的管理者是認真做事的。入住期間遇到的自身造成的小問題，餐廳服務主管熱情出來協調安排，讓我體味到了温暖 也給我行了方便，真心感謝😊在酒店吃了三頓飯，都不錯。提個小小建議，春節期間在長三角地區旅遊了八天，不論什麼星級沒有一家還在拍照入住，咱們是不是也能簡化一下呢？以後每年來洪洞就衹住洪洞大酒店了

房間乾淨，床品衞生，設施不錯，特別突出的是不同崗位的工作人員都服務熱情周到。房間放了礦泉水，樓層還有自取礦泉水，很體貼。酒店有很大的停車場，停車方便。
