I had the very top floor which i wanted... the view was great but the room only had a small TV in the living room and none in the bedroom :/

建物、エレベーターなど元々の設備は古いです。部分的にリニューアルしてるようなので、それほど不便は無いです。フロントは英語のみですが、こちらの意思を伝えると丁寧に対応してくれました。清掃など従業員の方も親切です。

因為有廚房定了這家住了二週、沒有來吸過一次塵，房間舊設備舊每天的服務差（有時衹給放了浴巾而已，投訴前台二次，前台服務態度還可以）電梯從入住到退房其中一部是壞的，上下非常擁擠需要時間長。下次不會再訂這家了

The rooms are a little outdated but very spacious for a family of 4-5. I love the dining table with chairs and having a full kitchen is very convenient. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking garage. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

It was spacious room with an ocean view but saw two cockroaches.
Carpet was too old and mattress was terrible.

Very outdated. 4 elevators and had to wait an upward of 15 min for an elevator. We got a room with a kitchenette so we could make meals and specified that and there were no pans or anything for cooking. They said they would make it right and had yet to do so. Went to a different island and facility.

The Aston at Waikiki Banyan is well situated in Waikiki and allows all nearby attractions to be within walking distance. The staff are kind and attentive. The property also offers a pool, BBQ area, laundry facilities, and a spa/ sauna. Overall it was a good place to stay. The only downside is that the hotel interior is old and the lifts/ elevators are quite slow resulting in long queues during peak times.

The first room they put us in was old, dirty and cockroach infested. After two treatments didn’t work to remove the cockroach’s we asked for another room. The new room was more updated, but still fairly dirty, however never saw another cockroach, so was happy about that. Probably won’t stay there again.
