This was one of the most detailed and personal experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The room was fantastic, spotless, the staff was attentive, courteous and good conversation. I WILL be staying here again when I come back to Hawaii P.s. Mugen, the in hotel restaurant is also excellent

The facility is lovely. Our suite was beautiful. The staff is exceptional...friendly, personable, and professional. Breakfasts delivered to our suite, evening turndown service, infinity pool and spa with a lovely view of the city and beach, all of that and more. This was our first time at a 5 star hotel and we were blown away by everything. And did I mention the wonderful staff? We received snacks in our room and at the pool, the doormen always offered water when we left the building...we were pampered at every step and we were warmly greeted when we left the building and again when we returned. I know I am gushing with enthusiasm but Espacio is top notch at all levels.

Very unique property in that it feels very private and relaxing despite being in the heart of Waikiki. I did not run into another guest during our entire stay. Highly recommend dinner at mugen and the sunset caviar service.

It was great. The service and staff were extremely attentive and the bonus was the use of the hotel courtesy car (for a very small insurance fee)

Wow! That's the word! We were blown away by the apar**ent! Everything was perfect down to the last detail! The apar**ent was beautiful and spacious with a stunning view. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The kids fell in love with the jacuzzi on the terrace! They didn't want to leave! Plus, the kitchen was super well-equipped! We are so impressed with this hotel! And the people who work there!

This is a chance to treat your family to living in royalty conditions. You are pampered from day one from beginning to end making this a must see experience! This place has the most amenities I have ever been given while staying at a resort.

Everything was incredible! Each suite has its own jacuzzi and sauna in the room. The service is impeccable, as well as ammenities and hotel decor. Their restaurant below is high quality and the bar is super cute! I will definitely stay here again for a special occasion!

Espacio has my heart!! This was the best hotel experience that I've ever had! The staff were incredible, the room was clean and spacious and the views are amazing!! The Jewel of Waikiki indeed! We will make this an annual trip! Thank you!!
