I had to ask to a room change because it looked like the room I got was not cleaned (the bed looked like used and barely “extended”). The new room was better and I could enjoyed my stay without further issues.

Good hotel, good location, clean, staff responded to request promptly. Has an indoor heated pool, a great Restaurant, good breakfast food. Walking distance to shopping *****.

It’s right adjacent to Market Street..food, shopping and a**osphere.
Was a little upset that prior to 24 hours a letter was slipped under the door saying management has the right to inspect the room…we had put out the eco friendly sign that it didn’t need fresh towels etc believing we were helping …sort of felt like we were doing something wrong!!!

Friendly staff and very comfortable beds/clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent and the life music on the weekend eves made the stay super nice. Convenient acces to museums.

We had a great stay. I left my prescription glasses behind by mistake and housekeeping tracked them down for me, which was so appreciated! This is right on Market St and an easy walk to food and shopping.

The bathroom was especially beautiful, with luxury linens, and high quality soaps. The room overall had excellent design and lovely furninshings.
Less good was the wifi (crashed often and when working had only the slightest signal), the TV was difficult to use (low priority I know, but true), and the wall based HVAC unit had peeling paint above it and seemed older.
The location is really perfect for walkers: one direction is a river side park, the other direction opens out to a quaint downtown *****. There are bars, galleries, parks, and a movie theater all within blocks.

Location of the property is excellent! Everything is right at your doorstep and is walkable
Other than the very loud music heard throughout from the bar/restaurant, was very quiet.
Felt like we were being rushed out! Check-out time was at 11:00 and housekeeping staff were knocking on our door before 9:00 am. Very annoying!
