我從沒想過，被萬豪國際定位為其最高端的品牌之一的JW萬豪可以如此之差。
房間很小，不是精品酒店的那種小巧的小，是那種低價酒店的那種令人感到侷促的小，而且裝修毫無風格可言，普通到不能再普通，絲毫沒有這個級位的酒店應有的個性和大方舒服的感覺，國內隨便一個亞朵都能把這家JW萬豪打下來。
但硬件事小，服務態度問題事大。整個團隊都像在打哈哈的，像一羣中學生在做社會實踐，別説這級別的酒店應有的帶温度的服務了，連基本靠譜的服務都沒有。因為酒店的問題，我在這酒店一共換了三次房：第一間房，房間中間居然立着一根巨柱，是巨柱！這是多麼差的室內設計才能把一間客房設計得中心空間有一根巨柱啊？我要求換房，因為這明顯與房間描述不符。好吧，第二間房，窗外一片廢墟，所以我再換了一家，這酒店可行，給我換了另一間窗外廢墟房！我再打電話給酒店，酒店説這次他們肯定能安排好了，叫我下去拿房卡，但我到大堂時，好笑的事發生了：前台一面惘然的問我要做什麼（天啊，不是你們叫我下來拿房卡的嗎？），我説要換房間，他問我房間有什麼問題（天啊！你們不是説能按我要求安排好的嗎？連問題出在哪都不知道，你怎安排好？我剛剛到底在跟誰打電話？），之後，他給了我一間巨柱房⋯⋯其實，我在入住前一天已經把我的房間偏好告訴酒店了，但這家酒店決定將其完全忽略，之後才有這鬧劇。真的⋯⋯中學生辦事都不至於那麼隨便吧？

The overall experience was very nice. The room was amazing. It was my wedding weekend and I was really excited about staying at the hotel. I arrived about an hour after the stated check-in time but when I went to check in, my room was not ready. Another staff member came over and figured something out where I could get another room of the same style so I was appreciative of that. I can imagine though how disappointed I would have been if that had not been the case

Someone was given our same room number and keys to the room. Someone walked in on us in the room. The staff did apologize and give room credit for food and beverage. This was unacceptable.

This hotel would be a good Marriot , it’s just that JW it’s supposed to be better and I’m this hotel isn’t. Overall good but I was expecting more
