I love this hotel because it is so convenient for a shopping trip to the galleria. Check in was quick, we were able to get in our room early and the room was very nice

The room itself is very nice, but the doorman is clearly at the door, neither telling us that there is a free underground parking space, causing us to park in the paid parking space on the ground at the hotel entrance, nor asking if we need help with luggage, but seeing other skin-colored guests, Very active in luggage, feeling discriminated against.

Our phones didn’t get any service in the room … I also got charged extra money my room was 1100 but 2000 was taken from me the lady at the desk claim they always over charge and it was for internet I didn’t never use and for parking and it will come back on my card wen I leave,I checked out last Saturday money still not back on my card smh!

We stay at Westin Oaks whenever we come to Houston, and it never disappoints. The convenience of being inside the Galleria means we can shop or dine to our hearts content. The rooms are so comfortable and welcoming
