Good central location and fair value. Very helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Comfy beds.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom in our room was particularly nice. Staff were helpful although the check-in process was slow. We appreciated the included breakfast, whivh was very nice.

The hotel staff were very nice, the room was clean and fairly spacious. It was what I expected based on other reviews. I gave three stars instead of four due to rowdy late moving guests that were openly smoking **** on the 12th floor. Not just one room of guests were problematic, but multiple rooms were involved in the hotel after party. The hallway smelled like a Bob Marley concert. Next time I will pay the extra money for a more expensive hotel.

No place to park even unloading, Hotel is along busy traffic street. Breakfast is chaos, not enough seat to eat. We had to stand while eating.

Check-in was sloooow. Phone customers take priority. Maybe because this used to be the HQ of Southwestern Bell. That's actually a plus. One of the cool things about my stay. Everything was telephone-themed. I liked it. My accessible room was on the 4th floor. I was greeted at the door with the flames of Hades. There was no way to cool the room. The only option on the thermostat was "Less Hellish." It was ineffective. I immediately sought relief from what appeared to be a functioning window. Alas, functionality was nowhere to be found. Despite the unlocked latch on top and the handles on the bottom, the actual window would not budge. No chance of cool, fresh air here. It was dark then, but see the attached panoramic beauty that was my view. Not that I cared. After a night out, the temp was less volcanic, and I managed a bit of sleep with the help of the fan I brought with me. As a rule, I sleep as late as I can to take advantage of the included brekkie. It was 7-10 am here, so I rose at 9:00, and hit the buffet at 9:20 to find no coffee, and no clean plates. The food looked good. By 9:40, I had 'coffee' and a saucer. The quotes aroud the word coffe will suffice. As to the """""FOOD'"""" No, it f'ing wasn't. I shat better the night before. To be fair, this only reflects on the "hot (NOT EVEN CLOSE) food. Wi-Fi was Lo-Fi. While others complain about the parking, I thought it was fair for DT HOU. Valet was in line, and self-parking was close.

Shower handle leaky, hot water need wait for 10 minutes, second day this hotel plumbing repair from 8am to 6pm, very very bad experience

I have stayed at this facility multiple times and appreciate the building history, location, staff. My bathroom was so poorly lit that I found shaving my face to be a real challenge.

Staff extremely friendly and informative especially the front desk ladies would definitely go back they have a happy hour don’t get to try it on this visit was too busy shopping returning in a few days will definitely check it out. Room very spacious and clean bed comfortable pillows a little hard for me but my daughter said they were good but I’m a bad sleeper anyway

The 2 young ladies that work the morning and evening shift are so sweet. Friendly with great customer service
