The hotel has diverse facilities and considerate service staff. It is highly recommended for family travel.
However, the gaming room is stuffy and hot. Although there is an electric fan, it is still insufficient. It is recommended to improve the ventilation equipment so that adults and children can have fun.

Dinner was very average (little seafood, all meat, few vegetables). Breakfast was better. Too many people were using VR glasses and the smell was very strong. A hotel of this level really has a lot of room for improvement.

The kids were so excited that they wanted to go again! The buffet at night is mediocre, but it’s very rich in the morning. The service and equipment are good. You can basically enjoy all the facilities during your stay. Although the room rate is quite expensive, it’s worth the money!

It is a rare hotel in Taiwan to have a three-story water park. You can take a bath, a children's water play area, a standard swimming pool, and an open-air bath. The hotel is like a castle, with recreational facilities everywhere, making it suitable for family travel.
