I just met cleaning when I went out, and I peeked at each actual room type. Overall, each space is enough and comfortable. Make an environmentally friendly hotel, but the same general hotel will organize it every day to promote passengers to reduce waste. The cleanliness is very good, and the hot water is enough to relax in an instant. Breakfast buffet, food is not bad, many halal food.

There are roadside parking grids and business districts nearby, not bad, there is a famous barbecue restaurant downstairs, it is really delicious 😋 If you are an accommodation ordered on the website, the hotel does not have parking spaces and you must find your own parking method. There are parking lots and on-street parking spaces nearby to choose from.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. We are from India and we highly recommend this hotel for family stays. Their breakfast is good and the services are excellent. They also have a small gym. The staff was very helpful in booking a taxi for us to explore Hualien for a day. Overall, we are pleased and satisfied with our stay.

The buffet restaurant is small, easily overfull and took long line to get in on peak hours. 2. The hotel is clean, comfortable and pocket friendly. The location is quite strategic. There are many restaurants in the vicinity so you don't have to worry about going hungry. This hotel also provides some snacks & drinks in the lobby which you can enjoy all day from 09⁰⁰ - 22⁰⁰. The customer service is also friendly, it's just a bit difficult to communicate. I chose a standard room but the facilities are complete (AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, hot water maker, toiletries, clothes hanger). I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Hualien. Recommended!

After three years of epidemic, I came to Hualien City again and booked this hotel through the platform. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, about two or three kilometers away from the downtown area, but there are no major problems. The room is overall quite spacious and clean. You can see the whole thing on the top floor. The scenery of Hualien Port is nearby. There are some high-end communities with some high-quality restaurants. In the evening, I took a walk nearby to find a restaurant that felt good and tasted the delicious food. Overall, it was commendable.

We got upgraded to a bigger quad room with windows for free, which was very nice. Room: The room space may be small if you have many luggages, but there's no complaining at this price range because it's a steal! You can save some space if you bring your luggage to your bedside. An electricity outlet can be found on every bed, which is unquestionably very convenient. Cups, teabags, hairdryer, and slippers are provided. Bathroom: The bathroom is clean, and it is a private bathroom inside the room (not shared bathroom outside the room!). Towels, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided as well. Public area: There is a public area (like a kitchen) and an outdoor sitting area on the ground floor where you can make your own coffee or milk tea (which are provided there). Water dispenser can also be found there. There's a friendly (wild) cat too! Service: The staff was friendly and helpful. Luggage storage: If you're looking to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, your luggage will just be stored on the corridor beside the counter with no safety other than ”name labels”. Safety: Password will be required for entry into the inn after certain time at night. Location: The inn is located close to the bus station, but some walking may be needed (which won't take long unless you carry big luggages). Convenience stores and some restaurants can be found within walking distance from the inn.

The outdoor swimming pool has a southern holiday style. At night, the resident singer at the poolside bar has a very good voice. It is very relaxing to enjoy the summer evening breeze, cocktails decorated with herbs, and singing. 2). In the interior, you can find the hotel's attention to detail from the vanilla pattern on the carpet and the lavender embroidery on the bathrobe. The egg-shaped bathtub in the lavender room is beautiful. There is a pot of vanilla plants next to the bathtub, as well as electronic candles that create the atmosphere. The rose cedar bath salt in the bath smells very natural. The herbal steam from the steam shower was a pleasant surprise. 3). The vanilla maze is very easy to walk around. In addition to getting to know the vanilla plants, you can also see several kinds of very leisurely lizards. 4). The number of buffets is not very large, but the quality is good. The ones that are particularly impressive are the Q bomb nine-hole abalone, smoked salmon with fennel, rib-eye steak, and a whole cabinet of various wild vegetables. Overall impression: It is an accommodation choice worth returning to and recommending to friends.
