newly refurbished, spacious room with bathtub, love the fragrance of Harnn shampoo and body gel amenities. every single staff of the hotel I met was extremely polite and helpful. the only small thing I can advice is, it would be nice if the hotel can offer more varieties of eggs for breakfast.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and pocket friendly. The location is quite strategic. There are many restaurants in the vicinity so you don't have to worry about going hungry. This hotel also provides some snacks & drinks in the lobby which you can enjoy all day from 09⁰⁰ - 22⁰⁰. The customer service is also friendly, it's just a bit difficult to communicate. I chose a standard room but the facilities are complete (AC, mini fridge, hairdryer, hot water maker, toiletries, clothes hanger). I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Hualien. Recommended!

Service was courteous at the front desk. They were very kind to give me a room before 3pm knowing that I had traveled more than 17 hours and really need to rest. Restaurant service was very slow. They were short of staff. No one was around to take my bill. Food was average. Really liked their cold dish with lotus root and red bean. Dinner buffet was very pricey. Couldn’t quite justify $30 per person. I was disappointed when I went back for the breakfast buffet. They served the same cold dishes and fruits from the previous night. Felt like we were eating leftovers. I picked this hotel because of their outdoor pool. It’s an outdoor 25 meter pool. It was lovely swimming laps and enjoyed the ocean view.

I just met cleaning when I went out, and I peeked at each actual room type. Overall, each space is enough and comfortable. Make an environmentally friendly hotel, but the same general hotel will organize it every day to promote passengers to reduce waste. The cleanliness is very good, and the hot water is enough to relax in an instant. Breakfast buffet, food is not bad, many halal food.

In the interior, you can find the hotel's attention to detail from the vanilla pattern on the carpet and the lavender embroidery on the bathrobe. The egg-shaped bathtub in the lavender room is beautiful. There is a pot of vanilla plants next to the bathtub, as well as electronic candles that create the a**osphere. The rose cedar bath salt in the bath smells very natural. The herbal steam from the steam shower was a pleasant surprise. 3). The vanilla maze is very easy to walk around. In addition to getting to know the vanilla plants, you can also see several kinds of very leisurely lizards. 4). The number of buffets is not very large, but the quality is good. The ones that are particularly impressive are the Q bomb nine-hole abalone, smoked salmon with fennel, rib-eye steak, and a whole cabinet of various wild vegetables. Overall impression: It is an accommodation choice worth returning to and recommending to friends.

The room was clean and tidy. I remember correctly that the shower gel was made from verbena. It was very comfortable after taking a shower. However, there was too much luggage and I couldn’t buy some at the front desk. It was really worth spending this New Year’s Eve in Hualien. It’s very close to the night market. , it’s about a 10-minute walk away. There is a convenience store nearby and the hotel provides parking spaces. It’s very convenient. It’s just breakfast. I slept a little late during the New Year’s Eve the day before. When I went to the breakfast buffet, there was not much left (the breakfast sausage was delicious) )

The food was average. The dinner dishes were good and varied. But the breakfast was a bit ordinary and the taste was average. In addition, in terms of service, most of the staff are enthusiastic and smiling, but a small number of staff have less positive attitudes, which is a pity. I just happened to book a special price of less than 10,000 yuan for one room and two meals on Trip. After considering the hotel facilities, I thought it was OK. But if the price exceeds 11,000 to 12,000 yuan, it is recommended to choose a weekday to get a better deal.
