The details are everywhere. The children said they liked it very much as soon as they opened the door. Environment: The hotel is very new as a whole. It seems to have opened in 2023. The garden landscape design + swimming pool, and the lobby also has a cute baby garden, which is very suitable for parent-child stay! Service: I am very grateful to Xiao Wang and Ouyang this time. The service is in place. The suitcases are delivered directly to the door of the room. They speak politely and behave properly. Location: From Zhenjiangguan to Jiuzhaigou, take a bus and tell the driver to get off at Tiantangkou. The hotel is at the get-off point, which is very convenient.

Facilities: Although the room is not big, it has complete facilities. It was raining when I got off the plane from Huanglong, and I caught a cold. When I got to the room, it felt a little cold. The hotel immediately sent a hot air blower, which was very considerate. The mattress was very comfortable, the quilt was very dry, and there was no damp feeling. The pillow was also good. I can sleep peacefully even if I can't sleep with a high pillow. Hygiene: The room was very clean, and the breakfast was also hygienic and delicious. Environment: Very close to the scenic spot, 5 minutes by taxi. Although it is very lively nearby, the room is very quiet. When I opened the window in the morning, it was drizzling, and the air was fresh and moist. Service: Very very very good. I had a little altitude sickness + cold when I checked in. Manager Tan at the front desk checked me in directly and quickly, and sent a little brother to help send the luggage to the room. Manager Tan also gave us her phone number. Worried that there was something uncomfortable at night, they immediately sent a car to the hospital and called me in the middle. The most praiseworthy person is Xiao Chen from the guest room. After sending the hot air blower, she saw that I was uncomfortable, and immediately boiled water for me and poured water for me, and also brought me cold granules. Seeing that we didn't have dinner, she also offered to send us instant noodles, and she could take the children out to eat after work. It was so touching. The next day when we went to the scenic spot, although she was resting, she ran to the entrance of the ditch to send us two large bags of fruit, which made us sigh again and again at the enthusiasm of the people of Jiuzhaigou and the thoughtful service of Licheng Hotel. There is not much to say about gratitude. If there is a chance, I must stay at Licheng again, and I will also recommend friends and colleagues to choose Licheng when traveling.

The hotel is in a good location, very new, and the service is pretty good. It smells a bit like a newly renovated hotel, and then the magic happened. When I just lay down at night, I found that the room was full of small flying insects. There were countless of them. There were the most under the light, and there were also many on the bed. Someone from the front desk came quickly and said that the window was not closed and the insects were smaller than the mesh of the screen window, so they flew in. However, the window was open when I checked in, so I thought the hotel deliberately gave it a smell. Moreover, my friend was next door and did not close the window either, so there were no insects. At my request, the customer service sent an electric mosquito swatter. My child and I fought against the insects in the room for almost an hour, and there were small insect corpses everywhere. Then the customer service came to take away the electric mosquito swatter and said that there was only one swatter in the whole hotel, and she was going to give it to other guests... My God, it really is. I was still worried about altitude sickness on the first day in Jiuzhaigou, but now I am not worried about altitude sickness because I jump on the bed and table without any discomfort...

When I went to Jiuzhaigou, the hotel was relatively new, with a good location and good environment. It was often fully booked. The TV could project the screen, which was good. I stayed in the sun room, so I would give an objective evaluation. 1. The toilet door was not designed properly. The space was small and it opened inwards. It should be replaced with a sliding door. 2. The sun room was hotter, and the air conditioning in the room was not very good. 3. The hotel did not have a meal delivery service. 4. In the event of an emergency in the middle of the night, the hotel could not help call a taxi to the doctor.

The hotel is conveniently located and has convenient transportation. The overall architectural style is very distinctive. The room is fully equipped and the bed is comfortable. The hotel service is excellent, and the butler Xiao Han's attitude is enthusiastic and professional, which is very helpful. It is a very good memory!

A very pleasant surprise hotel. We decided to visit Jiuzhaigou on the day. It was already past seven in the evening when we booked the hotel. Although we booked a special room, the price was a level cheaper than other hotels that were two or three hundred meters away from the gully entrance, so we didn't have any expectations. As a result, when we arrived and checked in, we felt that the service staff was well managed, with a strong sense of service and good looks. Because of the pet issue, the lobby manager solved it for us very well. In addition, the room was very new and had no bad smell. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also very comfortable. Especially the navy brother, he was very friendly, answered our questions enthusiastically, gave good suggestions, and helped us take care of the dog. I must praise it. In addition, the breakfast was also good!
