Location is perfect at the top of the mountain, we arrived after a day of hiking and were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff - especially Qinqin who kept in touch with us and sent us weather/cloud cover/sunrise details by message. We were so impressed and pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities - really good food (and very reasonably priced), warm and clean room, smart toilet, mountain-view from the window, warm jackets provided for watching the sunrise (we were lucky to catch a clear sky for the sunrise!). They also prepared small items of complimenary local snacks and coffees throughout our stay. There was a small performance of the traditional opera style in the evening in the main hall which was lovely (especially for my UK partner to experience!). Would highly recommend and would stay again

The hotel had a great location close to some of the most famous peaks. We stayed for a night to be able to see the sunset and sunrise and all was arranged in order to allow it in the most comfortable and convenient way, from tours planned to down jackets in the room free for use. We were upgraded during check-in for a better room and used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On top of that we also found a voucher for the spa in the room ☺️

I climbed the Yellow Mountain 3 times and every time I stayed at this hotel. For the second time I chose this hotel because I remembered the little stone tigers leading you to the entrance. It’s a beautiful way of settling in the mountain. Also, I still knew it had a good location and I liked the warm coats that you can borrow. The third time I choose this hotel because of mr. Xiao Li (管家小李). He is truly a great host. We were taken care of so well: he sent us weather reports, gave us a good overview of the mountain, led us to the sunrise viewing spots, and just has a very warm personality. Mr. Xiao li will be the reason for me to book this hotel again in the future. Thank you for your care.

The hotel where I stayed after climbing Huangshan, I stayed for two nights because I was too tired. The room size is not very big, but it is still very cozy. The wet and dry separation of the bathroom is very convenient to use. What made our stay here amazing wasn't only the comfortable beds, spacious room and delicious breakfast, but the wonderful manager (I believe her family name is Tan, forgive me if I forgot) and her polite and helpful staff! Firstly, our reservation was at ”SWEETOME Hotel”, but they decided they were no longer allowing foreigners to stay at their hotel (even with covid tests and green health codes). Fine, that's their ignorant decision to make, however, the problem was we were told this on arrival at check in. How unprofessional and thoughtless of them! Thankfully, Trip called around and this hotel seemed to be the only one taking foreigners, we were of course relieved. At this point our expectations were very low and I was thinking of cancelling the trip at leaving the next day, but the warmth and friendliness of the manager and all the staff we met at check-in and afterwards as well as the comfy room made us stay and enjoy Huangshan for 3 days. I'll definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend to my friends. The location, amenities and cleanliness are also all perfect! Well deserving of 20 stars!! Thankfully that other place turned us away!

Highly recommended! We checked into this store on Tunxi Old Street after climbing Huangshan Mountain. First of all, the store is brand new. It is very conspicuous and easy to find. After entering the gate, you still have to walk a short distance to the lobby, but I was pleasantly surprised that it has a rain-proof design and a large slope for easy pulling of suitcases. This detail is very impressive. It is also something that many similar hotels don’t have. Then there is the lobby, which is clean and bright. The self-service check-in machine can visually see the distribution of hotel rooms and then select available rooms. We didn't want to walk around with our luggage, so we chose a room close to the elevator. In particular, I would like to mention that the lady at the front desk is very gentle and patient. Then the room was very clean, with all floors, no carpets, and no strange smell. This room is the most satisfactory hotel room design in our Jiangxi and Anhui travel route. The toilet and bathroom sinks are large enough and well laid out. There is also a carefully arranged small table for making tea and drinking tea. Tea sets and tea leaves are all prepared. Because we were in a hurry, we didn't have time to eat breakfast. There is also a breakfast shop next to the hotel which is good. One more thing, because I was short of water while climbing Huangshan Mountain, I asked the hotel for water, and found that there were six bottles of pure water in the room! Thumbs up! All in all, it is a very surprising hotel and the price is super cost-effective! A heartfelt recommendation from a guest.

NIce new hotel .. very posh .. name changed to cloud fun .. just few minutes away from xihai gorge. Staff Xiang Jian Fan was updating us the sunrise/sunset schedule and location to watch them. It is really amazing to have such nice hotel at the peak. Everything is carried up by hand .. including the bedsheet we slept on. I saw the guys carrying them up and down hill.

It is very convenient. You can just walk across from the transfer station in the scenic area. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel. Parking is free when you stay in the hotel. We enjoyed staying at this hotel, Alex and family provided excellent services by fetching us from and to Huangshanbei train station, cooked very good local Chinese food, arranged transport to Huangshan town and rooms was sound proof despite facing the train station tracks nearby. This hotel allowed foreigner to stayed which is also exception as many similar hotels nearby only for local China residents.
