Everything is completely fine. We could check in early, which was amazing! The Staff does not speak englisch that good, but they try very hard and are all very friendly. All in all, I would visit again. I did not try the Breakfast.

前台服務熱情❤️有求必應，房間設施齊全、乾淨舒適，對酒店環境很滿意，早餐品種多樣味道也很不錯👍對於細節要求高的人來説，真的可以選擇這家酒店！因為帶孩子，選擇酒店時考慮的比較多，這次入住非常愉快！謝謝酒店熱情服務！

半夜窗户旁邊的板子掉了下來，但是不太影響體驗，總體還是非常不錯！建議以後公務出差標準內的房間含早餐，這樣更多公務出差才會選擇嘉士豪！

無可挑剔的酒店 來了好幾次海拉爾 這個酒店應該是今年才開業的 之前來沒看到這個酒店 這次是返程路過 看見這個酒店 便定了 非常非常好 沒有任何的問題 停車場很大 足夠容納十一假期車輛停放 這是一路走來唯一一個有禮賓部的酒店 禮賓小哥哥很熱情的在門口問好 幫忙拿行李 大堂很整潔很豁亮 前台辦理入住非常專業 也很快 也很熱情 電梯也很快 房間很大 大的都有點空曠 整體白色裝修風格 乾淨整潔 超大的落地窗 電控窗簾 空調暖器都有 暖器是躺在地上的 完全佔用空間 衞生間乾濕分離 明亮乾淨 床和枕頭都很舒服 退房也很快捷 完全沒有耽誤時間 晚上回房間之後房間茶几上還放了水果和小點心 非常貼心 另外 房卡也很小 很精緻 第一次見這麼小巧的房卡
以後來海拉爾不用選擇酒店了 就是這家了

這次的入住感受真的特別好，不止是酒店的硬件設施。還有這家酒店的服務，因為我來這裏辦事衹是在網上定了一天的房，第二天事情沒有辦完發現因為海拉爾進入了旅遊季節酒店在網上沒有房間了，酒店的黃寧經理知道後在當天給我爭取了一間房特別感謝。並且回到房間還給我送了水果，這家酒店是海拉爾最值得入住的。
