When checking in our room door locks would not open and the tv did not work in our first room, however the second room was great

Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room helps to eat healthier on a trip while saving money on ordering out. It’s also convenient to have breakfast included. I will stay at a Comfort Suites Hotel again.

Very comfortable beds and great shower pressure. clean rooms.
BUT- hair dryer had no hot heat - hard to dry hair!! Arched shower curtain lower to floor in middle making hard to close curtain near shower head causing leaks on floor, Toilet seat loose - i tightened but as got closer to seat not enuf room to further tighten-consider narrowing wings on tightening screw, Sink faucet loose - wobbled when used.

Even with road construction in the area, traffic was not an issue. Plenty of places to dine and things to do.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No ice on third floor You have to go to the fourth floor for ice but you have to go to the Front Desk to find out because they don’t answer the phone Called because TV is not user friendly again you have to go to the front desk because they’re not answering the phone to find out you have to find the source button then back to front desk. Girl stated the cord falls when cleaning and had to put on desk. Issues with air/heating either to hot or to cold not able to turn off. I was told the pool was heated. The pool is not heated.No answer for front desk because they have the volume turned down is what we were told. We checked out before 11:00 on 1-19-2024 used another hotel on your site now I’m being charged for both hotels

the room had pet stains everywhere, we had no hot water. When we tried to call the front desk, the phone didn't work. When we went down to breakfast at 6:45 nothing was ready the juice machine didn't work and there was mold on the muffins.

It was fine, other than the fact that the front desk couldn’t give us a receipt for our stay. We haven’t received one by text or email either, so we have no idea what our final bill was.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before and this was the worst. There was a leak in the bathroom from the floor above us so we had constant water on our bathroom floor. Apparently it also leaked to the floor below us. Our keys didn’t work. We were told to just keep trying them. Found a pill on the floor that wasn’t ours. Construction workers tracked mud all over floors and elevators. No one cleaned it up. Thermostat didn’t work. Couldn’t get room below 73 degrees. Front entrance door was all wrapped in caution tape and had to maneuver around it. Couldn’t get NBC on Directv.

They need to invest money into the hotel linens and towels. They didn't have enough towels each morning to restock, and then didn't have enough at night when we asked for them. The blankets on the bed were old and they had big rips in the lining. When the blanket was replaced days later as it was removed from the room it looked like the same blanket with the original rips.
